This air conditioned studio is above a detached garage with views of the water and access to beach. It has two queen beds and a full kitchen The waterfront property has access to a rocky beach on the Colombia river and a private patio with a bbq. No camping on premise allowed.

The hostess was super nice and friendly! She was very communicative and got me whatever we needed! Place was also in such a nice and cute community and don’t get me started on the views! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We were in town for a weekend of concerts at The Gorge, and stayed at this super cute studio above the garage behind the main house. Could not be in a better location - direct river access, in Sunland Estates, even a little river view from the front deck. Great communication from the owners, easy check-in and check-out process, and the studio was quiet, clean, and cool. The space was perfect for the two of us (me and my husband) - the room has two beds, an attached kitchen space, cute bathroom. Easy access to The Gorge with one of the local shuttles. Great recommendations for local activities (Chris Daniel winery, Cave B winery, river floating, etc). Definitely plan to stay there again!
