This is a truly excellent apartment with one of the most breath-taking views I've ever had from a balcony – you can see the Rabat Fortress right in front of you, and it's absolutely spectacular at sunrise and sunset. The host was incredibly hospitable, always responsive, and helped us with every question we had, from check‑in to local recommendations. The location is perfect for sightseeing: all the main attractions are within easy walking distance, and you'll find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes away. A huge bonus is the free parking right next to the building – a real rarity in this area.
The only small drawback is that the kitchen could be a bit better equipped: there weren't plates, bowls, or cutlery for comfortable cooking, so if you plan to prepare your own meals, you might find it a little limited.

The location is excellent as its literally opposite Rabati fortress. The hotel has all the essentials and parking is straightforward near the hotel.

Opposite the castle and in the old town which what we like
Nothing about hotel as everything manageable. Just if you book their taxi to bring you around .. make sure you stated properly how long you need to each attraction. We fly 13 hours and took 5 hours minibus to stay at Akhaltsikhe to visit Vardzia cave town… we spend 3 hours inside the cave city which our purpose to stay 3 night at akhaltsikhe. Ended up the taxi we book (hotel staff) shown us the unhappiness face 😩😩😩😩😩😩
