The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms (i.e. 8 beds) with reverse air conditioning, each with its own shower room & wc. Upstairs are the large living room with ceiling fans, the library office and the fireplace lounge, the large kitchen bar open to the dining room as well as the sunny terrace with lounge area and outdoor dining room, all overlook a superb view of fishing and pleasure boats.

Wow ! Wow! Wow!Location! Location! Location!We have just returned from this beautiful villa and it really is in the most ideal position facing over the marina.Every area of the villa is absolutely stunning, better than the photos. The kitchen is so well equipped, every utensil, so much beautiful terracotta crockery, coffee machine , ice box for the beach and lots more.All the bedrooms are lovely in their own way with 2 opening out onto the pool area ! Heavenly!We were a family of 7 adults and there were so many different areas to spread out and relax in.Your literally steps away from coffee shops , bars restaurants on the marina and a 5 minute walk to the main centre of town where you’ll find numerous shops bars and restaurants..2 beaches Petita and Cala Gran also very close by. This beautiful, spacious villa offers expansive outdoor living areas on both levels, a fabulous pool, grill, and multiple spaces for relaxing and dining outside. Our group of six adults was very comfortable, and the home could have easily accommodated two more guests. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom, which was especially convenient. The kitchen is large, well-equipped, and perfect for preparing meals, complete with two coffee makers, including an espresso machine. The location is peaceful, private, and features stunning views of the bay.One of the things we loved most was how walkable everything was — Cala d’Or center with its many restaurants and bars, the marina, a large grocery store, and several beautiful beaches are all nearby. Valerie was an exceptional host — incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She provided wonderful recommendations for places to visit around the island, helped arrange tours, suggested our favorite restaurant of the trip (Bona Taula), and assisted us with a last-minute transfer. We visited in mid-May and found the weather ideal, with the island feeling lively but not overcrowded. I highly recommend this charming villa for both families and groups of adults.

We had a fantastic week staying at this beautiful villa in Cala D’Or (10th–17th October). The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and private, yet close to shops, restaurants, and the stunning beaches. The villa itself felt very authentic, with lovely Spanish charm, plenty of space inside and out, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Our host was brilliant — friendly, responsive, and nothing was ever a problem. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and dining on the terrace in the evenings. The only thing we’d change is that the pool isn’t heated, so it was a little chilly in October — but in the summer months, it would be perfect.Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back again!
