I stay there - the staff are always excellent, friendly and obliging, particularly Sweetie on reception and the duty mgr. The guests are international and well known to me - James, Ryan etc.

Breakfast was good. I noticed that it was catered to the likes of their business clientele. Extremely attentive and friendly staff- Sweetie at the Reception was very accommodating and efficient as well as the Front Office Manager. Must mention Chef Vignesh too who went out of his way to give us a snack real quick as we had to leave for the airport. They all Make you feel really special and go out of their way to ensure you are well taken care of.
Location is good considering the hotel caters to the industry hub in Sriperumbudur.
Crisp, dry towels instead of the damp ones in the room. Water from the shower cubicle flows out right in front of the door so the whole area outside gets wet

Good quality and clean rooms. Friendly staff
Restaurant offering was not at all great.
Varieties are very less. South Indian dishes weren’t good quality.
Some chefs were unfriendly.
For this restaurant reason alone I may not come back again
