Great service and answered phone when needed

I want a refund, it was awful. Photo below is the broken sofa bed

Location

Sofa beds in the living room were atrocious. Double bed sofa bed was broken, my husband sat on it and it folded in the middle! The single bed sofa bed looked like it should have been thrown away years ago. Linen all looked old and dirty. Disgusting. The pillows on all beds were outdated (time stamp) and therefore unsafe and did not meet safety standards. There was dust everywhere in the apartment. The toilet seat was broken. I could keep going! Honestly terrible! I would like a refund.
