About this condo rental

Situated in Clarkdale, this attractive condo for $92 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Sweet little upstairs suite, with open floor plan and lovely light and windows. Full kitchen, cozy living area, and This unit shares a screened entry porch with #203, and the two can be rented together for a larger group. We are located midway between Old Town Cottonwood and Jerome (just 4 miles from both). Clarkdale is an historic mining town that once housed the smelter for the Jerome mines. Sedona is an easy 25 minute drive, and Prescott just an hour away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for dining and cooking. SLEEPING Bedroom 1 1 queen bed Common spaces 1 double futon THE SPACE The Clarkdale Lodge is an historic building that was built in 1914 and originally used as a boarding house for unmarried employees of the local copper smelter. It was subsequently converted into apartments which we are now modernizing to a high standard while preserving historic details where possible. All apartments are tastefully furnished and have HDTV's in both sitting and bedrooms. High speed Internet access is provided throughout via WiFi, and kitchens are fully equipped and ready to use. The deck you see in the photos is a large shared area accessed from the upstairs hall. It has gorgeous views and makes a perfect place to sit and have a glass of wine in the early evenings. There is a shaded patio area underneath it on the ground floor for when the weather is too warm to sit in the sun. GUEST ACCESS In addition to the apartment you are staying in, all guests have access to a public sitting area upstairs stocked with books and games, and a second story view deck overlooking the Verde Valley. NEIGHBORHOOD Only a 10 minute drive to historic (and happening) towns of Jerome, Old Town Cottonwood, and red rocks of Sedona, Clarkdale itself offers the Verde Canyon Railroad, river rafting, wine tasting, restaurants, neighborhood bars, a bakery/cafe, and museums!

Not as advertised. TV is in an obstructed view; no propane for grilling; bathroom door handle is about to fall off.

This little apartment was complete with every detail. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a complete meal, not to forget coffee creamers in the fridge, and fresh coffee in the cabinet. The king bed and linens was so comfortable, and not to forget the rooms were spotlessly cleaned! The host Daniel was so attentive and kind to bring us some new batteries for the TV remote! We will definitely be back!

Nice, safe neighborhood with good location for Verde Valley Medical Center. Cute studio apartment in older building with reasonable rates. Responsive and accommodating host. Enjoying my stay!

Overall the stay was good! The room was fully stocked with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. I was solo and really didn’t cook anything but it was ready to go for those who want to cook! My biggest downer was the lights coming from the window in the kitchen. The cars come straight at you and I couldn’t get the shade to stay closed. I would stay again!

Simple but cozy and very bright. Easy access to Cottonwood and Jerome. A must in Clarkdale is to visit the copper museum.
