Comfortable and clean inside.
Couch is not usable as the back cushions slide off when one tries to recline. Emergency tech arch able flashlights are plugged but they are all dead. Windows are dirty outside with webs, dirt and insects. Heat in living room has apparently been disconnected though there is no notice or posting of that. My inquiry about disinfecting cleaning made twice to Vacasa prior to our arrival via text went unanswered.

It was exactly the kind of beach house we were looking for, it was warm, quiet, and inviting. We could hear the waves as soon as we opened the front door and nature was all around us!

Beautiful rental. We walked in and were awed by how accurate the photos were compared to the real thing. Super close to the beach!
Not trying to be super negative because overall our stay was great. However a few things I’d like to point out. 1. It says it sleeps 7, however comfortably it would sleep about 2 adult couples and possibly 3 kids. The bunk bed is super flimsy. We ended moving the top matters out onto the floor because we thought it would break under the weight of a average adult and crush the person sleeping under... 2. Couch did not have a back. It has cushion that look as if it has a back but be cautioned. My husband sat back and hit his head on the floor because the “back” just flew off. 3. BE AWARE OF THEIR CLEANING FEE. $120 surprise cleaning fee added on after I hit check out. Not too happy about that especially since they strongly recommend you to do your own laundry before you leave. Don’t get me wrong I’m not a dirty person and usually strip the bedding, do all our dishes, and just tidy up after ourselves but $120? Crazy expensive and I’m not happy that it was hidden.
