About this bed and breakfast
Nestled in Parma, this charming bed and breakfast for $46 per night is a great option for your next trip. The apartment that houses the B & B, just renovated, is located in a residential and green area, ten minutes walk from the historic center. The B&B, just refurbished, is located in a quiet, residential area, ten-minute walk from the historical center. Colorful, bright and overlooking the greenery, the B & B is on the second floor and offers a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a terrace for breakfast and relaxation; the sofa bed can accommodate a third guest (even a quarter if there are two children) and a cot is available for small children. There is TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Colorful, brigth and facing the tree-lined courtyard, the b & b is on the second floor and consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a terrace for breakfast and relax; a sofa can accommodate a third guest and a baby bed is available. It is equipped with TV set, wi-fi, air conditioner and a ceiling fan. Finally it offers parking in the leafy courtyard. There is a parking place in the courtyard. It is part of a peaceful and quiet condominium, near a park. In the immediate vicinity of the shopping district and within five minutes a shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria and cinema. Quiet and residential, it is located near a park; you find shops nearby, just a little further away, a shopping mall with a supermarket, restaurants, a pizzeria and a movie theater (italian-dubbed movies, sorry ...). It is easily reachable by car and therefore well connected to the motorway and the Fair. The urban bus. 9 comes directly from the station and the house there is a taxi stand. Bicycles are available for free for the town's bike lanes., Being a B & B obviously I live there. Since it's a B & B, I live in. Rates (minimum two nights): - (two nights): 96 euros for two people, 120 euros for three. - one week (7 nights): 300 euros. Rates to be agreed for longer periods, for singles and for families. Prices include towels, sheets, cleaning and weekly linen change. Check in usually in the afternoon. Upon arrival, if the room is to your liking, we deliver the keys and we ask for a document for recording. Smoking is forbidden. Rates (minimum stay two nights): - (two nights): 96 e. for two people, 120 e. for three; - one week (seven nights): 300 e. Special rates for longer stays, families and singles. Rates includes towels, bed sheets, final cleaning and weekly change of linen.

The host helped us in every way. The place was small but so well organized; we had every thing we needed and more. Giampaolo directed us to the best sites in Parma as well as castles in the area. He provided bicycles if we chose to use them, a map, and even food for breakfast.

Giampaolo ha organizzato una stanza con bagno privato (en-suite) con angolo cucina molto efficace ed efficiente. La stanza presenta davvero tutte le comodità. Si trova dietro lo stadio della città e si può andare a piedi in centro. Molto consigliato

Wij vonden het erg fijn dat we hier verbleven: veilige parkeerplaats en op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Giampaolo is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Goed gelegen bnb, net buiten de stad, op een half uurtje wandelen van het centrum. Correcte kamer met kitchinette en miniterrasje waar je kan ontbijten. Vriendelijke ontvangst. In de ijskast vind je alles om een ontbijtje te bereiden. Groot pluspunt: het gratis gebruik van parkeerplaats en fietsen. Minpuntjes: geen airco, wel ventilator en de gratis parkeerplaats is onder de bomen, die een vuil soort lijm afgeven.

La mia prima visita a Parma (per lavoro) mi ha lasciato la voglia di tornare anche grazie alla gentilezza ed all'ospitalità di Giampaolo nella sua bella casa. L'ampia stanza e l'annesso bagno, sistemati ed arredati con gusto, sono molto confortevoli e pulitissimi. Ottima la colazione. La zona, tranquilla e ricca di verde, non è lontana dal centro storico ed è ben servita dai bus che partono dalla stazione. Grazie, Giampaolo!

Il nostro breve soggiorno è stato reso ancor più gradevole dalla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario di casa, una persona estremamente garbata e discreta. La posizione della casa é davvero ottima, vicina al centro e a 200 mt da un parco meraviglioso.
Il parcheggio privato condominiale é stato davvero provvidenziale a causa del maltempo. La stanza comoda, ben arredata e molto pulita.
Il palazzo non è provvisto di ascensore, ma nonostante un bimbo piccolo non ha costituito un gran problema.

Un soggiorno tranquillo e senza problemi.
Si tratta di una stanza con bagno, dentro un appartamento situato in una zona residenziale tranquilla vicina allo stadio. Questa posizione un po' decentrata è adatta a chi dispone di un'auto (parcheggiabile nel cortile). Non lo è altrettanto per turisti senza mezzi propri che vanno e vengono in continuazione
Pulizia ed accessori sono adeguati.
Il proprietario è molto cortese, disponibile alle richieste, e non invadente.
Nel complesso mi dichiaro molto soddisfatto.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nell’appartamento del signor Giampaolo,sempre molto disponibile e premuroso. Ottima colazione per iniziare la giornata e bici per muoverci agevolmente e godere la città. Consigliamo Parma per la sua offerta culturale, servizi, pulizia e cucina. Bella esperienza.

Ottima camera con bagno e colazione
Giampaolo persona davvero molto accogliente, discreta, piacevole e di grandissima cortesia. Non abbiamo potuto conversare molto perché noi avevamo orari un po' .. obbligati, ma Giampaolo ha saputo metterci a nostro agio in ogni modo. Camera e bagno sono molto confortevoli e hanno davvero tutto il necessario. Ottima la pulizia. In camera abbiamo potuto sfruttare con piacere anche un bollitore per un te serale davvero gradito. Colazione abbondante e perfetta. Il quartiere è tranquillo e il parcheggio è all'interno di un cancello. Il centro è a pochi minuti con i mezzi. Grazie di tutto Giampaolo, siamo stati davvero bene.

Belle chambre d'hôte à proximité du centre
Chambre moderne, propre et confortable, déjeuners corrects et stationnement protégé. Hôte très réservé mais de bons conseils sur Parme et des choses à faire. Les photos représentent fidèlement l'hébergement. Il faut noter la présence d'une école en face et un niveau de bruit qui peut être élevé en début de soirée en raison des activités dans la cour ainsi qu'un voisin qui écoute sa télévision à très haut volume jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit et qu'on entend distinctement dans la chambre., apportez vos bouchons d'oreilles.
