Central location, well equipped

Nice location, very central, super easy to explore this beautiful city. The host was helpful. The room was spacious. Dated but full of character. Clean and well equipped.

Comfortable night in Parma!

We only had one night in Parma and this property could not have been in a better location! We were able to park in a garage nearby and were within walking distance to many top sites. Note that because of its popular and central location, there will be the noise of people and activity outside the window at night. The check-in process was smooth and communication efficient. Apartment is clean and comfortable; we appreciated the water and coffee provided. Thank you!

old center location is perfect. parking is a few easy blocks away.

night noise we a little high due to the weekend. the host however made up for that small issue.

Very good

located directly in the center of Parma, with easy access through elevator and super smooth process to enter the apartment. it was very clean and you could tell that the host has furnished and decorated with care.

it was a bit loud outside in the streets until 2am which surprised us on a Sunday night.

Perfect, centrally located apartment. Fantastic host

The apartment is perfect! Centrally located, easy self-check in, but, at the same time super friendly assistance by the host Giulia, who shared tips and suggestions with us for our stay in Parma. All described amenities and facilities were available as stated. one of my best apartment stays (and I travel a lot).

Exceptional

Great location! A very nice apartment, it has strong internet, and a washer AND a dryer. It was wonderful having fresh pastries delivered each morning to the door and juice and milk in the fridge. Very helpful host, thank you Julia!

Interesting experience

Situated in historic Center, Nice flat

We waited at least 15 minutes to get in; because we had got a wrong pin code. Nobody answered the phone. Eventually a new code arrived via what’s app. The wc could not stop flushing, but it was fixed later. The whole flat smelled of incense, and even though I put the sticks etc away, the smell continued. According to an email we could choose different types OF CROISSANTS. We chose a plain one and got a dry with Creme. We did not see any member of staff at all.

We recommend the place, very convenient, spacious, first class clean, with an exceptional staff.

The place so close to the historical center. The very nice communication with Giulia who was so helpful. The flexibility of the cleaning team who welcomed us with our luggage even though we were too early. The discounts with excellent restaurants (20/100 off!!)

The fact that the anticipated parking ( Stendhal) was closed but this is not your responsibility

Very central, nice appartment and very friendly and helpful host.

Self check-in was possible and very convenient. Appartment is very central and close to many restaurants. Communication was very easy via Whatsapp. I would recommend the appartment and come back here myself!

A lot of information in advance, too many text messages and mails prior to our stay. I am sure it was well-meant and helpful for some people but if you just want to stay for one night this can be annoying. Arriving by car was quite complicated as google maps did not show us the right way and the appartment is in a pedestrian area with narrow streets. Many restaurants had their tables in the streets so often we could not pass by car. The bathroom was quite dark and smelled musty. Anyhow, I would highly recommend the place!
