We stayed in room Fig with a balcony. Such a lovely spacious room with all we needed. The whole layout was perfect, and the bathroom / shower was a great size. The way they have set this property up with the communal kitchen / outside seating and sun lounger area is perfect.
The accommodation is tucked down a quiet side street.
It was just a short 10/15 min walk into split new / old town.
Mislav who looks after the property and the guests was super helpful with all and very friendly.
If we ever returned to Split, we would happily stay here again.

The host, Mislav, is the best! He was very responsive to our messages, welcomed us when we arrived, and was extremely helpful in finding free parking close to the apartment for us. He also gave us great tips for exploring the city.
The location is excellent -very close to the Old Town, and the port for day trips to Hvar is also only about a 10-minute walk away.
The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a cute little balcony. There is also a shared kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator, which was very convenient.
The breakfast voucher was a nice bonus, for a savory breakfast at the restaurant next door, with a choice of an omelet or sandwich and coffee.
We really enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated Mislav’s warm hospitality and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Very close to the sites. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. We also liked the shared patio for meals and the shared kitchen for storing milk, etc.
