We had a great time staying in Williams. The home is exactly as described, beautiful location on the golf course and big enough for our group.

Beautiful home. I have a short term rental myself and I understand that not everything is perfect but this home was pretty close. The outside view was beautiful and home was well stocked. I sent email when I checked out and would have liked a response but that’s just me. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Williams.

This was a lovely home, and in a very quiet area, which was very important to us. The children enjoyed the volleyball court, and we all enjoyed a well, equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds.

Everything in this wonderful house was as described and better. The pictures don't really reflect how spacious and nice Claudina's place is. We had everything we needed for the 2 family stay. Kids enjoyed the backyard and we were close to all the main things we wanted to see in the area - Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff. We cannot recommend Claudina's house enough for anyone looking for a great place to stay in an awesome area. THANK YOU!

Very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Spent most of our time when home in the outdoor space. Nice BBQ set up and plenty of seating. Enjoyed some of the yard games provided. Trampoline was a hit with the granddaughter. Peaceful, private backyard.

This was a beautiful home and very well kept. Stocked with anything we my have needed and the property manager was very helpful with anything we needed. We had a great time and enjoyed our trip. Thanks for the use of your beautiful property.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The house is located on a quiet street with a spacious tree-filled space in the back and on the sides. We even saw deer grazing behind the house! The kids enjoyed the trampoline and playing in the patches of snow outside. There were plenty of amenities and supplies inside. Would definitely recommend this lovely home to others!

Overall the property was enjoyable. We had a very fun stay and found the house good for family visiting. However, the driveway was not plowed and we had to shovel heavy crusty snow to get into the house. We were never able to park in the driveway. Upon arrival, The pilot light needed relighting in order to get hot water. The owner should consider checking the property imore frequently in winter months

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful pines surrounding the property. Our view was the golf course in the back patio area. Wonderful patio with outdoor kitchen for cooking! It was a wonderful time for our family to spend time together! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a lovely stay at this home. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 3, 5, and 8) and the house suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean, check-in was smooth and communication with the host was clear, easy and prompt. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, especially if kids are in your group!

This home has a large great room area for gathering with family and friends. It was clean and comfortable. This is a beautiful property, but not really set up for a VRBO.
So many personal items everywhere. It only sleeps 8 comfortable without dragging out air mattresses. There was nothing available to shovel the snow and we slipped several times on the ice and snow on the walkway and driveway.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation
Great location, near Bearizona, Polar Express, short drives within and hour to North Pole Experience , Grand Canyon and Grand Canyon Cavern . Nice neighbor hood and backs up to beautiful golf course. Backyard has nice patio area , BBQ, fire pit ,trampoline, volleyball and room for the kids to play , also deer in the neighbor hood.

Our family came to go to the Grand Canyon. The house was very clean and well equipped. We used the grill a few times. The neighborhood was nice.

The owner was quick to respond and very helpful when we found that there wasn't a Keurig coffee pot as stated on their website. The trash bins hadn't been emptied when we arrived, but he called for an extra pickup and they came within a couple of days. All in all we had a great time and would book the home again.
