Proprietar care-și schimbă politica de cazare după bunul plac

Am rezervat apartamentul pentru că apărea ca fiind pet-friendly pe Booking și în lista de întrebări frecvente, FAQ, domnul proprietar a răspuns unei alte persoane că este permis accesul cu animalele de companie, sub 5 kg, la un tarif extra de 100 RON. Ne-a fost confirmată rezervarea, pentru ca pe seară domnul proprietar să se răzgândească și să o anuleze (în condițiile în care mai avea o zi până să ajungem în București) pe motiv că un cățel de 4 kg i-ar distruge apartamentul și i-ar aduce pagube de neimaginat. Urma să călătorim cu 2 căței, de 2.5, respectiv 4 kg, care respectau cerința (oarecum absurdă a proprietarului) de 5 kg. Vă puteți imagina ce pagube poate să aducă un monstru de cățel, de 4 kg, care e dresat și stă tot la apartament și, care, în plus, urma să fie supravegheat când era în apartament. Domnul a zis că ar prefera dacă ar avea doar 2,5 kg, ba chiar să nu avem animale de companie deloc. Ca idee, dragă domnule proprietar, un cățel adult și sănătos, de TALIE MICĂ, indiferent de rasă (Bichon, Yorkshire, Shi Tzu) depășește 5 kg (cu excepția raselor de tip „toy”/jucărie - care sunt foarte puține). Deci, cerința de greutate este absurdă, în condițiile în care apartamentul este clasat ca acceptând animale de companie pe Booking. Se vedea din discuția cu domnul proprietar că, de fapt, nu vrea să acomodeze persoane însoțite de animale de companie, indiferent de talie, indiferent că sunt dresate, cuminți sau că urmau să fie supravegheate constant și nu ar fi fost lăsate singure în apartament. Din cauza „bunăvoinței” domnului care s-a decis să-și schimbe politica de cazare, am pierdut mai bine de 3 ore cu reprezentanții Booking care nu au putut să găsească o alternativă fiabilă, de pe o zi pe alta, și mi-au fost blocați aprox. 1.200 de lei timp de câteva zile lucrătoare bune. Toate acestea pentru că domnul proprietar nu știe ce vrea.. Iar Booking nu are nicio măsură de corecție pentru asemenea comportamente. Mulțumesc tare mult pentru experiența de...

Location of the apartment is perfect and there is everything you may need on a walking distance. Our host Cristian was super attentive and he even broke his holiday on 31st Dec to help us out with a small problem we were having. Wonderful place for your vacation in Bucharest!

Looking for a great place to stay in Bucharest? Book this one!

We loved the place. The apartment is well designed and it seems like every corner was thought of. Fully furnished and equipped. Great location next to one of the most beautiful shopping streets in Bucharest. Communication with owners was good via mail, also check-in instructions were very clear. Very recommended!

The shower could be a bit better cleaned. We noticed also unpleasant smell coming from the sewage

Excellent !

Really nice apartment. Quite big, bright, clean and comfortable. Good location, on the most famous street in Bucharest. We were able to visit on foot all the city center. Even if it is in the city center we were surprised it is still a quiet place.

Pleasant

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate toilets, all in a super central area. Modern furniture - like in the pictures. Street noise was also not so bad.

In my opinion, the flat obviously needs some care: there were several items in the apartment which got used to the max and they should be replaced, or that are simply broken. Unfortunately, these kind of things do not really appear in the pictures, but once you are there you immediately notice them.

Almost everything. Close to the city center, handy if you want a coffee, or to eat, it is really big and comfortable for a group of friends.

The fact that the doors didnt lock, there is an AC only in the living rooms so in the bedrooms it is really hot in the summer.

Very good

Very easy check-in and check-out. The host is very friendly. The apartment is equipt with all the basic stuff that you may need during your stay.

There is a lot of noise coming from Calea Victoriei street. It was not possible to close the door to the small bedroom. There is also a bright light aimed at the window of the small bedroom. The button to flush the toilet in the main bathroom was half broken.
