Short amazing memorable experience of stay at Anora House.

Full English Breakfast was delicious. Loved the bacons. Missed the apple juice. Overall excellent. Andy & Dawn were excellent host. Nice & Cosy stay. We wished to stay a bit longer.

Shower cublcle and toilet was a little bit short of space however the water force was excellent. No complaints. Hosts were lovely. Professional and helpful.

Would definitely recommend

A very welcome and accommodating greeting by Andy, great location for our purpose of the stay. Nice attention to detail in the rooms and fabulous breakfast cooked for us by our host.

Bed a little soft for us, but that is down to personal choice & preference

Annora House was faultless and host terrific

Everything was great, the room and facilities were first class, the breakfast was terrific and Andy the host could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Would 100 % recommend.

Very good

Location ideal for attending an event in Birmingham, with the train station just a very short walk away. Breakfast was great with a good choice of cereals, drinks, and cooked breakfast. We didn't use it, but the provision of drinks and snacks in the dining room for guests to buy was also a nice option.

Noisy house. Hosts had a party the night we arrived (which was fair enough), however it was still noisy through to midnight at which point there was loud talking and banging of doors as guests departed. Also lots of early morning noise on the Monday as family members departed for school and work. We wouldn't expect family life to stop, but there has to also be consideration for guests who are paying to sleep there...

Good B&B, would come back :)

Friendly host, nice room and bathroom, free parking, good breakfast

The mattresses in our room were horrible. No idea what type of mattress it was but mine felt like I was lying in a rubber hammock. My entire back and arm went numb during the night. My husband suspected he slept on a spring mattress that had at least one or two springs that were simply broken/kaputt and made weird noises when he moved. We could not have slept another night here - really sorry about that, everything else was good!

I couldn’t get a parking space on the drive when I arrived. The mattress in the bed was a little springy

We had a lovely overnight and would love to stay again for longer.

The B&B was in a perfect location just off the motorway in a lovely village. Beautiful bungalow, well laid out. Room a decent size and all clean. Self check in was easy to do. Andy was able to cater for my allergy needs with a suitable breakfast which was nicely cooked. Thank you.

Everything was great. No negatives or suggestions for improvement necessary.

A fantastic comfortable oasis outside of the bustle of the city. Excellent location for NEC

I really appreciated the comfortable and homely environment. I stayed for 3 nights on my own and felt really well looked after and very safe.

Very pleasant

Very welcoming in a great location for where I was working. The general and overall cleanliness was very good, a nice lounge and kitchen area with an honesty bar which was nice to see. Room was a good size, en-suite very small but works for everything you need. Breakfast was fantastic.

half the bed was comfortable, the other half was very hard and uncomfortable. Whilst the overall cleanliness I'd rate very good, there was a reasonable amount of dust & cobwebs in the 'less seen' spaces. This is probably more to do with me and living with 'Monica'

Excellent B&B, with a bonus excellent pub 'Brickmaker' a short walk away.

Apart from our first attempt at entering the driveway, our fault, everything was as we'd hoped. The rooms are an example of maximising space., but still airy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of cereals etc, good breakfast and, for a change in B&B's, proper thick slices of toast.

Great set up and nice family.

The spatial arrangement and closeness to the owner's home. It was like we were staying with the family. Lovely.

Enjoyable Stay

Rooms used all available space. Clean and had all we needed. Breakfast was good. Choice of cereal, fruit teas and eggs. Andy was friendly, as was his wife, Dawn, although Andy mainly dealt with the B & B. There is a good pub literally a minute away.

Not a lot to dislike. The entrance to the parking area was sharp, but not alot they can do about that. We did hear Andy, Dawn and their daughters moving about upstairs at night, but its a family home and on the whole they weren't overly noisy.

Annora house was a delightful place to stay and there is a very good pub nearly opposite it to have a meal. it was quiet, comfortable and very well kept.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was provided and it was very pleasant.

It would have been great to have a slightly bigger surface at which to do some work (I was staying for business). Tiny shelf not really big enough.

Lovely sized comfortable clean and modern room. Good breakfast. Offer of snacks/drinks to buy. Friendly efficient host.

Found the en suite a bit small for comfort.
