We had a really nice time. It was convenient, clean and very comfy. The room had everything we needed for our business trip. Pubs nearby but fairly quiet otherwise. There was parking and the breakfast was very yummy. We had full English breakfast but there was option for cereals and other. The coffee was great too.
Definitely recommend it others and if we go near Birmingham again, would definitely try to book Annora house first.
We were a bit worried about making noise.

I found this guest house on booking.com and I have to say it has been a truly excellent stay. Superbly appointed and very clean and tidy.
When coupled with a very competitive nightly rate, a warm welcome and faultless service, and a truly fabulous breakfast, you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere like it.
It has 'everything you could need' and is ideally located in a quiet private spot close to the NEC and Airport.
Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After our reservation in Birmingham was canceled two days before arrival, we had to find another place at the last minute. This is how we ended up here outside the city. Annora House has pleasant rooms that are nicely decorated. The host is very friendly. We could park the car on-site. Breakfast is strictly British.
The bathroom is tiny. You have to leave your stuff in the room where there also isn't much space to put things, the closet being shallow. The room was somewhat overpriced, maybe because of our last minute booking.
