Situated in Pittsburgh, this lovely condo for $117 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Summary: Experience loft-style living in Pittsburgh's most picturesque neighborhood! Enjoy convenient access to downtown, the stadiums, and the convention center. This renovated apartment features hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and custom detailing throughout. The updated bathroom showcases classic subway tile, while stainless steel appliances grace the modern kitchen. Off-street parking is provided. Natural light floods the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere for your stay. The Space: This incredible space is perfect for a weekend getaway with friends, offering convenient access to all parts of town. The stadiums are just an $8 Uber ride away. The main living area boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings and abundant natural light, encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Please be aware that laundry facilities are available in the building but not within the unit itself. You'll find the washer and dryer in the rear walk-out basement, featuring two sets (4 machines in total) for guest use. Guest Access: Guests have access to the front porch, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom The Neighborhood: For groceries, bottle shop for beer, bakery, a few Restaurants, and the liquor store are all located on or near Shiloh. It is our main street on Mt. Washington and its located about 5 minutes from the house. The Grocery Store - Shop and Save - is at the intersection of Virginia and Shiloh. Shiloh is a great place to park and walk down Grandview as well to see the city at night. Other Things to Note: -The apartment comes fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and dishes. For safety, a fire extinguisher is located in the lower cabinet to the left of the oven. Additionally, smoke alarms are installed in the living room and bedroom, along with a carbon monoxide alarm in the bedroom. -Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV, which is already connected to the Wi-Fi network for your convenience. Interaction with Guests: I live nearby and am available if needed.

Went to pens and steeler game weekend of fun great cozy lil home no issue parking no more than a 10 min uber anywhere we wanted to go ,fantastic prompt responses from owner would and will rent again !

Overall, this place was close enough to everything - made it easy to get to and from each event. There are even some restaurants within walking distance, given you have quite a bit of uphill walking to do. The concerns my colleagues and I had were regarding the cleanliness of the place. We found some dirty cookware to start. The bathroom has what appears to be black mold because there is no ventilation within the bathroom itself. Wires for the outlet to plug in the TV were just hanging on the side of the fireplace with a plug/box sitting on the mantle. We even had a mouse running around the place while we were there. The place isn't terrible, but it really needs some attention. For a group of guys, we managed just fine. If our wives were with us, I'm betting my review would be a bit different.

This home made us visit Pittsburgh very convenient. Location is good, 5 minutes walk to Duquesne incline and Point of view statue; parking is good(just in front of the house ); it is quiet so I can sleep well; it is spaciouse inside the house; I basically found every thing I need, e.g. Water boiler , dish wash stuff(didn't use dish washer), ziploc, ...those may not provide in some places. It would be much better if cleaning work improves a little bit: I found a small cooking pot and a baking plate unwashed , the used coffee cup still in the Keurig, bathroom could be more clean. I would like to say Thank You to the apartment owner.

The place is clean and in a great location. The entry process and WiFi have been recently updated which weren’t documented so we had to reach out to the owner. He was quick to respond, though. Little details like that need attention through the space. For example, some of the pots could stand replacing to make the kitchen easily useable. But any little items like that were offset by having a good location, a kid friendly space, and a really easy check out. We would come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay here, great views, easy access to all the city points we had planned (mostly a college visit and "get to know Pittsburgh") getaway for the first time with the family in a year. Great apartment, very comfortable, well stocked in bathroom. Responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this house for a weekend away with some friends in Pittsburgh and it was great. House was exactly what we were expecting and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Corey's place fit the 6 of us perfectly. It was clean and we'll equip with everything we needed. The drives to south side, Pitt and PPG Paints arena were very quick and easy. We would definitely do it again.

Place was perfect for our quick stay. It’s well furnished and about a 10 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Grandview overlook was a very cool view of the city. We had four people, so one slept on the pullout which is a bit short for a 6’ person, but doable. Beds were comfortable.

The place was clean and convenient to get around the city. Bedrooms were bigger than I though. Parking wasn’t an issue at all. Corey’s did a great job at replying back to us. The only issue we had was the neighbors having a party at 4am in the morning the first night which was out of everyone’s control. I’ll definitely look at booking this place again next I visit Pittsburgh.

Unit nicely remodeled in an older building, with bathroom on 3rd floor (rental on 2nd and 3rd floor). Wife didn't care for bathroom on 3rd floor as we live ranch style. Unit located in a decent residential neighborhood of Mt. Washington, close to nice restaurants and bar and grille establishments. Neighbor likes to play music till the wee hours of the morning, but not extremely disturbing. Corey was more than accommodating with supplying info for all our questions and his recommendations for restaurants and attractions in Pittsburgh. Definately recommend the double decker hop on, hop off bus tour with narrated trip and choice of 21 stops to get off and explore. Very informative for the Steel city. All in all a GREAT weekend. Not too keen on the additional fees of VRBO. Still reasonable rental charge. Not the same if you are used to hotels, but many prefer this type of rental. We are not used to this city style of rental. Would hate to drive these small up and down streets in the winter. In summary, visit to Pittsburgh was an amazing experience and the accommodations were comfortable and homey.

The first night that I stayed, there was a party at the neighbor's apartment which started at 8pm and wrapped up a little after 8 am. The music was pretty loud and was disruptive to sleep. The 2nd night it was all quiet and I had a good night's sleep. The unit is half of a duplex building, it has its own entry and exit. We went to dinner near by at altius which was great. I had a nice stay, other than the lack of sleep the first night.

Corey’s place was a perfect mix of Pittsburgh nostalgia and modern finishes. We loved the easy acces and the rooms where huge for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay again.
