2nd floor 2 king size beds with bunks sleeps 8 at Splash.
West Tower.
Both the living room and Master Bedroom overlook 400 feet of the awesome sugar white beach and emerald green waters. Our unit sleeps eight comfortably with a new king size master bedroom, king size guest bedroom, bunk beds, and a new queen size sleeper sofa with 6' mattress. Also included in our floor plan are two spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer, as well as an open kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, microwave, coffee pot and everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Free wireless internet service. The view from our 2nd Floor Balcony is ideal for dolphin watching, sunsets like you have never seen before, and simply just relaxing.
Need more than one unit. We also have another 2 bedroom with bunks (same floor plan) in the same building that sleeps 8 (vrbo 1218818).We also have a one bedroom in the east tower that sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably (Vrbo # 445320). And a two bedroom that sleep 6 (vrbo # 390646)

Parking is $40 per car for the duration of your stay.
We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time)
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.

The room was wonderful, great location. The condo property itself well the kiddie water area is super cold. One pool is in the shade all day the other pool and the Lazy river is shaded much of the morning so if you are a beach only person you’ll do great

We enjoyed our stay. The area was perfect for our family. It was away from the bumper to bumper traffic. We will be staying here for sure again.

This unit was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the layout. The bunks were tucked away and not in the entryway as they typically are. The space was well furnished and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I’m going to start with the cons as I feel some of this needs to be addressed.
1. The ceiling has a tremendous amount of mold. Not just above the showers, but in the closets and bedrooms. My daughter’s room was the worst. I understand that this is a condo at the beach and humidity is an issue, but we’ve never seen this much and we come to PCB every single year multiple times. The ac vents also have a tremendous amount of mold around them too. I can’t imagine what the ducts look like.
2. The place needs a serious coat of paint. It looks to be original to 2007 when it was built. Lots of it missing with scuffs.
3. Dirty dishes. I always wash anything we use beforehand, but I don’t like pulling out visibly dirty bowls and utensils.
4. Bed linens. The sheets appeared to be clean, but unsure when the last time the comforters have been cleaned. They just felt dirty and as I was putting my daughter to bed I noticed makeup and other miscellaneous on hers.
5. Elevators. We were there during spring break and it took my husband a good 30 minutes just to get the luggage cart on. I am so glad this unit was on the 2nd floor. We took the stairs most of the time.
5. Pools were freezing and the hot tub was like a cesspool and we smelled like mildew when we got out. This is what drew us to staying at splash, but we won’t be back even in another unit.
6. You can hear your neighbors (showering, talking, opening and closing their balcony doors, kids running above you, etc). If this bothers you then this property is not for you.
7. Someone was going to come in the unit without us being notified or being there to change the ac filter. He knocked on the door, but I was unsure who he was so I kept asking how can I help through the door. He must not have heard me and reached for his keys. By that time my husband was at the door and opened it. So much for privacy and security if you have your wallet out if you’re out.
Pros:
1. The floors were clean. This is a big one. Most of the time the cleaners come in and just push the sand around with their broom and leave it and all the black gunk for the next guest. We had minimal sand in the unit and our feet did not turn black. This made me happy!
2. The unit is on the 2nd floor. With having only 2 elevator banks per tower you will have an easier time utilizing the stairs.
3. The unit is super spacious. Was pleasantly surprised.
4. The beds were comfy.
5. My husband enjoyed the electric reclining chair.
