Located in Lisbon, this charming condo for $198 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Chiado 11 is a very spacious flat, located in an XVIII Century old building with massive stonewalls and arches but with most of the amenities and comfort of a modern apartment. Apartment is a 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms unit. It breaths character but feels very much like home. Decoration is stylish and modern; wood is predominant adding nobility and warmth to the flat. Apartment is very well equipped and little details like paintings, books and decoration items make it look really cozy. Located on a ground floor apartment has the advantage of being at street level with no stairs to climb. The down side is that is not extremely bright and not all the rooms have direct sun light. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. To the right of the entrance hall you will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a double bed; the third bedroom is the largest, equipped with a king size bed and located in the back of the apartment. All bedrooms have closets. To the left of the entrance hall you will find a huge living room, with a separate area for meals and social comfortable area appealing to relaxation and conversation. A very well appointed kitchen, with direct communication to the area for meals and two full bathrooms (the largest with a bath tub and the smaller with a shower) complete the apartment. Due to the bedrooms layout, apartment Chiado 11 is designed for larger families or other guests aiming to stay with all comfort in a modern and charismatic apartment in an historical building in the heart of town. Pets are not allowed. Smoking not allowed.

Mario is a person with fantastic communication! I would suggest be careful with towel usage(seemed common though in portugal)! I would love to stay again. I got fire stick to work there! Internet does not work in back room, however nice to be disconnected!

Perfect location, in the heart of Bairro Alto. Excellent places to eat and drink within easy walking distance.
Mario couldn’t have been more helpful.
Apartment was spacious and was excellently equipped with everything we could possibly have needed.
Can’t fault this stay at all.
We hope to be back in the future with our sons next time.

This location is awesome! It is located near so many exciting things such as the yellow tram that takes you from the top to the city streets with lots of high end shops and the Hard Rock Cafe from where many excursions leave. There is also fabulous street art everywhere.
The property is beautiful, clean, and very well insulated. It felt cool even on hot days. There are two bathrooms for convenience when sharing accommodations. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with supplies. It was easy to do laundry and hang it in a private courtyard.
The neighborhood boasts restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, and so much more.
The host provided excellent instructions and he even phoned and scheduled taxi services to get us to the airport for our departure.

From the very minute of confirming the booking, host Mario was amazing! His suggestion for service from the airport set the stage for the entire visit. The flat is in a great location, and Mario's map and preferences were helpful. Highly recommend Tapas 52, and the Little Wine Bar - amazing all around. If you go to the Little Wine Bar, you MUST have the chorizo, which is served flaming and is delicious. The flat was CLEAN, comfortable, well stocked, and while the one bathroom is small, it was in proper working condition and not an issue for us. With windows wide open in the morning and the evening, this is a great location to enjoy the true flavor of the area. As three females, we ALWAYS felt safe at this flat, which is important. Mario was doors away and checked on us throughout our stay, which was much appreciated; he even bid us farewell on our departure day. There are SO MANY CHOICES, we were thankful to have found the perfect location in Lisbon. Highly recommend selecting this spot to call "home" while you're visiting. Thank you, Mario for everything!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! Mario was an incredible host who responded to questions quickly. He shared a map with restaurants, shopping, and points of interests that was not only helpful but very accurate! His suggestions were fantastic! The location of the apartment was ideal! Plus, it was comfortable and had tons of space for our family of four! We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you, Mario!

Perfect location for getting everywhere in Lisbon. Apartment is just as you see in the photos. Problems (all minor) were dealt with immediately. Second bathroom is tiny, functional, but tiny. Kitchen is well equipped, beds were comfortable.

The property is a lovely modern apartment with beautiful interior stonework. It was perfect for my elderly mother and father to get into and accessible by Uber for longer treks. Very nice apartment

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. It's in Chiado / Alto neighborhoods very close the the Igreja de Sao Roque. It's an older property (obviously) but renovated to become a really comfortable place to stay. We had six people fit in comfort.
I want to call out the manager(s). They were very communicative and flexible. the check in process was smooth. They set expectations well and made it easy. We would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. Mario’s place was perfect, quiet, clean, equipped with everything we needed. Mario and his team were very helpful. They even helped us unload our luggage.
It was convenient to all the eateries and museums we visited. We enjoyed all we did. Some of our favorite eateries- mister tapas, tapas of friends, bar a couple of downs up from the apartment. We also enjoyed the Marinha museum, coach museum, st Jorge’s castle (a bit of a hike but worth the views), bario alto (views, drinks and music), fado museum and tile museum.

We loved the location of this lovely flat. The hills of Lisbon are gorgeous but can be exhausting. This meant that walking straight into our charming flat on the ground floor was perfect!
We loved imagining the history that occurred here.
The kitchen was well appointed, and we had everything we needed. Sleeptime was quiet, refreshing and dark. Nearby there are award winning restaurants. We did not have one bad meal!
Mario was available, and very responsive. He was right there to meet us when we arrived. (A nice change to waiting a half hour outside on the street with too much luggage.)

Nous sommes 3 couples d'amis qui avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement, en souhaitant découvrir Lisbonne. L’appartement est conforme à l'annonce, Mario très disponible à distance et très réactif, même si nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de nous croiser du fait des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le service de navette qui nous avait été proposé (40€ le trajet) a été ponctuel, parfait quand on arrive et quand on repart!
L'appartement est idéalement placé pour découvrir cette superbe ville, proche de tous les quartiers à visiter, tout en étant dans une petite rue calme. Et proche de la gare du Rossio, qui permet d'aller faire une escapade à Sintra, qui vaut le déplacement.
Je n'en dévoile pas plus, mais recommande vivement ce logement!

The entire apartment was spotless when we arrived. The living & dining areas were spacious, the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds & the kitchen was well equipped. Both bathrooms were nice, except one is rather small. This wasn't an issue for us, but a heavier-set person might find it a bit tight. Although the location was right in the centre of busy Barrio Alto, it was very quiet for sleeping, particularly in the two bedrooms in the middle & back of the apartment. Internet service was excellent & there were plenty of tv channels to choose from, many of them English. Our host Mario, whose office is just two doors away from the apartment, was very helpful and welcoming. We'll definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to family & friends.
