Espectacular!

El apartamento era perfecto, todo reformado muy nuevo y limpio. La cama era muy cómoda y las vistas al campo preciosas. La dueña fue muy amable. Nos encantó

Прекрасни емоции ,гледки и преживявания.

Къщата се намира в непосредствена близост до езерата . Домакините за много гостоприемни ,отзивчиви и любезни,дадоха ни насоки и за посещение на парка и езерата. Ползвахме апартамент,който ни представи голяма и удобна кухня и две двойни стаи в къщата,чистотата и удобството бяха на много високо ниво. Препоръчнам тяхното гостоприемство!

The perfect location to visit the park

We stayed one night, the time for us to visit Plitvice park. It was perfect! Whish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is big, great for a family with 2 children, surrounded by a green garden. Very bright and clean. The restaurant is closed (it only opens from June to September) but they are some.10min drive away. We had our breakfast on the spot though, and it was delicious.

Great weekend getaway very close to Plitvice lakes

The hosts were hospitable, the location was great, and the apartment was spacious and clean. The kids especially enjoyed the playground.

Top Unterkunft für Parkbesucher

Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Nationalpark ist super. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und preiswert. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Peaceful Mountain Stay

Friendly host and hostess. Ana responds all messages super fast even in her late hours. The property is only 2km drive from a short trail that takes you to the view of the big fall. She also recommended the best restaurant that served the one of the top two meals of our trip in Croatia. The room is clean with Mountain View from the small balcony. Super peaceful place. The unit we booked is a room with one king size bed and one single bed, on-suite bath and washroom. Electric water Kettle is supplied, bring your own coffee or any drinks.

I’d more prefer firm mattresses.

Cute guest house near the National Park

Very nice and cozy little property close to Plitvice with parking. The lady who owns it was very kind and helpful - she showed us where to go to see an above view of the falls. Updated rooms.

Road to get to property is a little tight and windy.

Himmlische Betten

tolles bequemes Bett, super Raumaufteilung, viel Stauraum in den Schränken, großes TV

keine Moskitonetze in den Fenstern, fehlende Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Handtücher ect., ein paar Haken an den Wänden würden schon reichen...waren aber nicht da, sehr hellhörig, die Leute in der Wohnung unter uns machten 2 Abende lang richtig Krach bis nach Mitternacht, bis zu den Nationalparkeingängen sind es 10 bzw. 13 km über die Straße, nicht mal eben gut mit dem Rad zu machen, weil extreme Steigungen in beide Richtungen vorhanden, so hatten wir ein unerwartetes Fahrrad- Workout vor der Wanderung im Park.....

gemütliche Pension

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und nur eine Übernachtung in der Pension. Dafür hat es gepasst und war sehr gemütlich. Frühstück gibt es gegenüber im Restaurant und ist sehr lecker. Alle waren sehr freundlich.

Idealer Ausgangsort für einen Besuch der Plitvicer Seen

Die Villa Lucija lag landschaftlich sehr schön und war in ca. 12 km Entfernung zum Haupteingang des Nationalparks Plitvicer Seen. Von ihr aus konnte man auch weitere Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen. Von der Besitzerin bekamen wir wertvolle Hinweise zum Besuch des Nationalparkes. Unmittelbar daneben befand sich ein kleines, aber sehr gutes Restaurant, wo man das Abendessen einnehmen konnte.

In der neuen und sehr modernen Dusche waren die Fußbodenfliesen extrem glatt...Das bedeutete Rutschgefahr!

Nice family run facility. Very friendly. The host also runs the restaurant next door. The dinner and breakfast was sooo good. You can tell they work extra hard to make it accommodating. Ana goes the extra mile. Loved the local interaction. Would love to come again

Thanks for a great stay

Villa Licija is a truly beautiful place, very well kept, clean and the building is new, the mini apartment is equipped with everything you need, the breakfast is truly varied and plentiful, the location is convenient to restaurants and above all very close to Pitvice park, the value for money is excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the owner was a very kind person.

You need a car to access the facilities but it's highly recommended to do so to access the lakes and explore the gems around it

1) Location - Poljanak is really close (5 minutes driving time) to Plitvicka jezera 2) Very nice and helpful staff 3) There is a good restaurant just next to Villa Lucija where your can have a dinner even on the terrace We spent just one night there as the next day we made a trip in Plitvice lakes and continued to the Croatian seacoast. For this purpose it was just perfect. However I can definitely imagine spending there few more days exploring the surrounding nature..

Perfect for a two night stay to see the park.

We stayed in the studio for two nights. It is small but very modern, bright and clean. Ana was very helpful with directions. She also gave us information about a spot just down the road from where we could see the falls from up above. It is close to town with a large grocery store.

It is located close to the park but a little hard to find. The road to the apartment is windy and narrow. You have to be very careful because often cars coming at you are going too fast and taking up too much of the road. It would have been nice to have a toaster but I don't think that is too common in Croatia. I used a frying pan instead.

Lovely quiet spot, looks as advertised. Would stay again

Quiet location, good info from host on view points for the park. Less than 10 mins drive to entrance 1. Modern, clean room.

Not a big issue but odd use of space inside the room. E.g. mirror on wardrobe is blocked by storage table for bags. If mirror on other wardrobe door, could use it. Perhaps more than 2 of each crockery / cutlery would help so don't have to wash up immediately. Shame restaurant not open to sample owner's cooking as had to drive 6-8 mins back to main road for meal out.

Super modern and very spacious apartment. Fantastic bathroom and kitchen/living area with 2 big bedrooms. Very close to the park and many restaurants

There was no air conditioning and even with the windows open, it was too hot to sleep comfortably

Perfect for one night stay

Very good location, Plitvice lakes only some minutes away, very clean, has a massive garden where my son could play, perfect for a one night stay. The lady there was really nice and helpful

Water came out from the shower very easily, a different door or curtain would be helpful
