Very spacious property directly across from the.beach. The location means one can easily spend an hour or two on the beach, nip back to the apartment for lunch etc and then head out to the beach again. This is great. The apartment contained everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

Well equipped, comfortable, fab situation on the beach front, ideal for my 100 year old mum to have the view and to be on the level for the wheelchair!

Absolutely loved every single minute we stayed for 10 nights in this ground floor apartment and it had everything we needed, it’s so clean and spacious and the view from front window is stunning, the weather was perfect so made good use of the patio , felt quite sad when holiday ended but will definitely be returning .

I was surprised how high the ceilings were and yet how warm it was. There was plenty of room for all of us with enough room to have your own space . 2 bathrooms was a bonus and the view was amazing. I have never stayed so close to the beach FABULOUS.

We stayed here for three nights at the beginning of November. The flat was very comfortable and right on the sea front with fantastic views from the lounge window. It was handy for the shops in Filey and travel links.

The apartment was ideal for us right on the seafront as we cannot get about as much every facility provided just looking to book again

everything you needed for your stay , nice secure yard for our two small dogs, lovely shower in master bedroom, nice comfy bed. heating was working well, maybe a little dated, could do with a little mire TLC, but when you have digs to stay too , it might not always be wise to have expensive furniture etc, but it was clean enough, beds were clean, bathrooms clean .. people upstairs were a little noisy but nothing too bad. location was everything.. the view from the lounge window in the morning whilst having breakfast was lovely.. a very short step out to the beach.. all in all a lovely stay.

The flat is positioned pretty much in the centre of Filey seafront with lovely views of the sea. When we arrived the flat was nice and clean with a reassuring smell of bleach and detergent. There was everything you need in the flat for a family. The cooker worked well, which often isn't the case in holiday flats so meal preparation was easy and there's a small fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space for storage. The bedrooms are all a good size with plenty of wardrobes (with plenty of coathangers too) and draws, the beds were all comfortable for a good night's sleep. One slight issue we did have was with mobile phone reception the signal was very poor in the house, as is often the case under the cliffs but there's a good WiFi signal so you can get round this by using WhatsApp etc to call. Martin contacted me on the night we arrived to say their cleaner had found a couple of issues with fittings and that he would get them fixed on Monday using a tradesman he trusted. The issues were fixed as promised and Martin's communication throughout the stay was excellent and helpful. I would happily recommend the flat as a base to visit the North Yorkshire coast which is a beautiful place especially when the weather is good.

When we arrived we were thrilled at the location of the apartment opposite the beach. Once inside we were pleased how spacious it was. Everything and everyone was catered for and it was spotlessly clean. We wanted a relaxing visit with our family and we got just that. Filey is perfect for young families and grandparents too. The weather was favourable also. If we had one criticism it was that the pictures of the apartment didn’t do it justice.

We had a lovely week, great to be overlooking the sea, relaxing walks in the morning and evening when it was quiet. The apartment had everything we needed, lots of space and all the Covid safely measures were in place.

Fantastic location with great views and with easy walking distance to all the local amenities. Great to just park up the car for the week. Owners were more than happy to help make our stay enjoyable and perfect.

Absolutely a lovely location, perfect sea views, beautiful front lounge and we'll equipped kitchen area,however, all the beds in the property smelt of damp, this was evident when we arrived but was shocked to find when we turned in for the night that it was so bad it caused us breathing problems, I contacted the owner to make him aware of this and had no reply, before this, the communication between us had been great.... So, sadly, the negatives outweighs the positives .

I came here for a long weekend break with my 2 daughters and 2 year old granddaughter. The flat was really spacious and could easily accomadate 7 people. Powerful shower. The view was lovely,we spent alot of time sitting at the dining table in the bay window,watching the sea and the waves splashing up. Ideally situated in filey. Lots of spaces to park the car,all free too. Would come back here to stay and maybe bring my dog too.

We all really enjoyed our short break in Filey staying here. The apartment is comfortable and clean with everything you need to have a great holiday. Great for families or couples.

Just had a fantastic four day break at this flat. The property is well maintained clean and spacious, it housed all seven of us with ease. It is ground floor and is yards from the beach, which made it ideal for a family holiday. Its crowning glory though is its patio where one can meals, look out to sea or just watch the world go by. Just enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this property.So much room , the lounge is so large and the sea views from here are great. There is no need to move the car as everything is at hand, shops, places to eat,and the beach literally on the doorstep. The patio outside is an ideal place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. looking for dates to book our next stay. Ideal for the dog as well. Comfortable beds couldn`t fault it. Mavis

Just left this accomodation it was fantastic the views are amazing and the accomodation is huge with loads of space. It is in a perfect location on the sea front and a 5 minute walk to the shops . And with it been pet friendly it is a great place for all the family .Would recommend this property. The owners are helpful and friendly would defenatly book again
