The vacation flat with bright shutters and beautiful antique furniture consists of a light-flooded living room with sea views, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, television, a baby cot and a highchair. Outside, guests can relax on either on one of their 2 terraces (in the front and back), the former of which is comfortably furnished with a table and chairs to share delicious meals in the evenings and absorb the view of the glittering water and beautiful boardwalk before you. Due to the property’s optimal location, a selection of small shops, restaurants, cafes and a playground as well as the sandy beach Platja d’en Repic are located just beyond your front door. You can sunbathe here on this beach, a mix of sand and small pebbles, or also take a 5-minute walk to the larger beach of the harbor Platja des Través, where you can find even more water sport activities and shops. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that although there is a bunk bed set up in the hall, this property can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Perfecte locatie, prachtig uitzicht. Mooi terras wel wat verouderd allemaal. wij bloemen en kussen naar buiten gedaan en zo zag het er toch leuk uit. we hadden veel bekijks! heerlijk om mensen te kijken vanaf je terras met een wijntje! Jammer dat de slaapkamers geen ramen hebben, wij zouden het woonkamertje ombouwen tot slaapkamer. Luiken open en prachtig uitzicht uit je bed! Wij hebben ook daar geslapen.

Viel Platz für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Personen oder auch notfalls 6. Toll, dass sogar an ausreichend Handtücher gedacht wurde. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse zum Meer hin, auf der man zu jeder Tageszeit essen oder entspannen kann. An ein paar Stellen könnte das Appartement Erneuerung und kleine Reparaturen vertragen und mal eine neue Matratze für das Doppelbett. Insgesamt trotzdem toll und zu empfehlen.

We always stay in a home with a good location and a veranda and this home didn't disappoint. It is very warm in July but the covered patio and home stayed cool from the ocean breeze. The home could be upgraded a bit with linens and towels but overall, we were very happy with our seaside home. Port Soller was the perfect choice for us.

Great location beautiful view from veranda to the front apt in need of updating and could be cleaner bathroom tiny and only enough hot water for one shower before running cold all in all not by any means luxury but adequate wouldn’t stay in the appt again but had a lovely stay and again veranda really made the appt

The location of the apartment was perfect for us as is right on the seafront and I have a 3 year old so easy access to amenities and beach. Lovely enclosed and covered front patio was perfect for eating on and watching the world go by ( wooden furniture provided). The apartment in places is a little dated, the bathroom is very small and in need of updating. There is no air con, some lights had fans and there were floor fans. We love soller and have been several times.

Best location in platja en Repic. Nice appartment. The view from the front terrace is stunning. In the morning coffee on the small balcony in the morning sun with view to the serra tramuntana is fantastic. The kids loved it. We will return :-) The booking company was super. Everything was handled perfect.

Absolutely incredible place to stay! Front terrace opened onto the promenade-great for people watching. Beach just a few steps away. Tram stop just around the corner. Grocery stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. Booking company was very easy to work with-prompt to answer emails and phone calls. They were pleasant, polite, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation in this superwell located apartment. We were grandparent and sisters and kids who travelled together. We spent a lot of time in the terasse, and the place outside was a great place for the kids to play. The balcony facing the mountais was perfect for coffe in the morningsun, and in the evenings we sat for hours dining and watching the bay and the glittering lights. It was very peaceful, not at all busy. The beach and water was perfect 100-200 meters to the left from the house. We had a great time, the managers were nice, and we would very much like to come back to Port de Soller and this apartment.

De woning voldoet volledig aan de beschrijving op de site, het is van alle gemakken voorzien en we troffen hem zeer schoon aan. We vonden het het leukste huis op de boulevard. De eettafel is klein, maar we hebben alle maaltijden voor het huis op het terras kunnen nuttigen en ons vermaakt met het kijken naar de voorbijgangers en het komen en gaan van de schepen en bootjes in de haven. Het appartement is een uitstekende uitvalbasis om te wandelen en natuurlijk om te zwemmen.

We arrived on Saturday morning after an earlier start and although the property was being cleaned the welcome could not have been more welcoming. The property manager had arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and also to return us at the end of the holiday. We were allowed to leave all our luggage in the property whilst it was being cleaned and also after the check-out time on our departure day. Finally we were provided with a lot of information about Soller and the local area which was really useful. The property matched our needs perfectly. It had a good sized living room, plenty of storage space, good sized bedrooms with linen and towels provided. Being right on the boulevard only 10 metres from the beach, close to the tram stop and within 10 minutes walk of Port De Soller's main town the location could not have been more ideal. For us the approach of the owner went above and beyond what we you normally receive, the veranda is a massive plus point with the table and chairs, its view of the beach and bay as well as the fact you walked straight onto the busy promenade (excellent for people watching). If only every Property Manager had the positive attitude and approach we received. We cannot recommend him highly enough as well as our accommodation and the towns of Soller and Port De Soller for a brilliant holiday.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage, direkt an der Promenade. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist, daß die Schlafzimmer ohne direkte Fenster nach draußen sind, dies ist aber für die Temperatur gar nicht so schlecht. Mit den mallorquinischen Möbeln kommt gleich Ferienstimmung auf! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir würden die Wohnung in jedem Fall empfehlen! Und auch das Restaurant Es Passeig!
