FERGUS Style Soller Beach

Location was fantastic, really good breakfast. Staff were excellent, couldn’t have been more helpful. Pool was nice and deep on one side, and well shaded which was great. It was right in front of a beautiful promenade and great beach for swimming. Everything at your doorstep. We were right across from our grandparents room which was really helpful

Our room was a suite and aircon didn’t work that well but our fault for not reporting it, it was perfect in parents room. Our beds weren’t as comfortable but it didn’t really matter as there was loads of space in room

The location to the beach was amazing! Right outside the front door of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also amazing. The staff were super helpful and the room was great

Location is ideal. Breakfast is super and deck area very comfortable. Staff are attentive and polite. Liked the pool area. Location is what sets this hotel apart

The hotel is somewhat grubby and needs attention. Carpets are very worn and paint work somewhat shabby. Toilets were very poorly serviced and ladies were disgusting last evening of our stay. Bar service finishes at 11.30 which is quiet early.

Suites were good size / nice garden area with cabanas/ varied breakfast / late check out available (albeit charged €60 for 6 hrs)

Requested sea view suite which received “will try our best” - but suites are not in the block with sea views / poor room repairs - paint and varnish stains / AC worked but not powerful enough / poor water pressure in taps / blocked toilet and hand paper in pool toilets / hotel toilets also used by public causing long queues / disappointing pancakes only available 2 days out of 7
