The Villa LAS PALMERAS located in a quiet residential area of Lloret de Mar with a fantastic sea view. Only 800 meters to the center. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. Tranquillity and relaxation are guaranteed thanks to the location. The modern apartment for 4 people is located in the lower level of the villa (plot: 850 sq m) and has a direct access to a large landscaped garden and the private pool (9x5m). Here, loungers on the lawn or on the terraces offer relaxation and recreation. There are 2 bedrooms (1xdouble +2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining room is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Details: Private covered and also large open terrace, satellite TV, air conditioning (optional), dishwasher, washing machine, WLAN / Internet access, microwave, toaster, grill, DVD player, chimney, plenty of parking right outside the house. It was a heavenly place for us!

My wife and I, plus our dog, stayed ten days at this accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place. It’s in a quiet, upmarket neighbourhood and not far to walk to the beach and town centre. We spent lazy days by the beautiful pool and gardens, early evenings in Lloret for a few beers, and back for a BBQ (every night!). Great fun.

We were treated like we would dirty the place up. She obviously had some bad experience in the past. Showed us the broom and where to take the garbage. Then charged us extra for towels and bedding. Also charged an 80 euro cleaning fee. Would not recommend anyone staying there.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Suzanne. L’appartement est très propre et avec deux salles d’eau. Le jardin est magnifique avec piscine et vue sur mer. Localisation idéale, à l’écart de la foule. Enfin, Suzanne est charmante et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Alles genau wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist top, alles sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Der nächste öffentliche Hundestrand ist leider nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Wir hatten und schon vorab auf diesen Urlaub sehr gefreut. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr gut untergebracht und betreut gefühlt, sodaß wir unseren Urlaub voll genossen haben. Vor allem der Kontakt und die Betreuung durch Susanne war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Un petit paradis à Lloret de Mar
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison magnifique et confortablement aménagée ! Le jardin avec piscine, palmier et vue sur la mer est l'atout n°1 de la maison. Lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée, lave-linge, petits jeux et livres...nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour. La propriétaire qui habite au dessus est tres sympathique, à la fois très discrète et présente si besoin d'aide ou de conseils. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir se rendre à pied à la plage, le retour est sportif mais c est complètement faisable. Merci Susanne !

Un havre de paix. Très beau jardin avec une grande piscine et une vue magnifique. Nous avons bien dormis,
pas de bruit. La cuisine est bien agencée et nous avons pas mal cuisiné car nous ne sommes pas très "Paëlla".

Peacefully tucked away above Lloret de Mar, Las Palmeras was a gem of a find. The garden, with a view to die for, was perfect for relaxing after our adventures walking the Cami de Ronda and exploring the endless choice of beaches. Susanne was so welcoming and a super helpful host. Las Palmeras ticks all the boxes.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und fast wie zu Hause ausgestattet. Für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich.
Dazu ein wunderschöner Garten mit eigenem Pool und einer grandiose Aussicht, die man in Ruhe ohne den Lärm der Stadt genießen kann. Das ganze wird noch von der Betreuung der Vermieterin getoppt. Vielen Dank, wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub bei traumhafter Aussicht
Wir haben mit unsere Familie einen tollen Urlaub verbracht, die Wohnung liegt bei traumhafter Aussicht ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen vorhanden , die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und das Außengelände, insbesondere der Pool traumhaft.
Die Vermieter haben wir als sehr freundlich und angenehm empfunden und konnten jederzeit bei Fragen kontaktiert werden.
Wir können uneingeschränkt die Wohnung weiter empfehlen, Danke für die tolle Zeit und die netten Gespräche !!

Tolle Hausbesitzer, wunderschöner Garten
Das Haus bietet alles Nötige auf kleinem Raum. Der Garten ist wunderbar und gross, die Aussicht gigantisch. Die äusserst netten Hausbesitzer sind sehr rücksichtsvoll und überlassen den Gästen den Pool und Garten vollends. Gleichzeitig sind sie immer zur Stelle, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Hervorragend!
Das Haus liegt an einem Berg. Zum Spazieren mit dem Hund geht es somit immer entweder steil rauf oder runter. Sehr schöne Ausflugsziele gibt es jedoch wenige km mit dem Auto entfernt. Und das Zentrum von Lloret de Mar ist allenfalls sogar zu Fuss erreichbar (ca. 10-15 Min.). Der Rückweg ist dann Fitnessprogramm.

Petit paradis
Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille à Lloret. Tout était extra et conforme à la description. La maison propre et bien agencée, le jardin super bien entretenu et la piscine idéale pour se rafraîchir et s’amuser. Un grand merci à Susanne pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa discrétion. Magnifique vue sur la mer, très belles plages et criques et belles balades dans les environs. Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés.

Quiet sunny football break
Booked here for a few nights as I brought my son to see Barcelona play and the price was so much better than a hotel in the city and we had the chance to explore other places on the Costa Brava. There are some great beaches and towns within short driving distance.
The property is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Having breakfast on the patio next to the pool with a view of the sea was lovely.
Suzanne made us feel very welcome and was always on hand if needed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return here in the future.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung von netten Vermietern
Wir relaxten eine Woche Anfang März in der netten Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen mit Blick über Lloret und aufs Meer. Wir haben den hübschen Garten mit Pool genossen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die sehr netten Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert.

Super Urlaub im Oktober
Wir haben im Oktober zwei tolle Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht.
Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichet und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und vom Platzangebot völlig ausreichend. Wir waren mit 4 Personen und Hund zu Gast.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Untergeschoss des Hauses der Vermieter (diese bewohnen das OG), besonders erwähnen muss man, dass man trotzdem völlig ungestört ist. Die Vermieterin Susanne und ihr Mann sind herzliche Gastgeber (dabei zurückhaltend, aber wenn man sie braucht, stehen sie einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite).
Ich empfinde eine persönliche Betreuung als sehr angenehm und vorteilhaft, so bekommt man viele Tips, gute Restaurants, Strände, Ausflugsziele und in unserem Fall noch tolle Spazierwege für den Hund.
Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Lloret eine Oase der Ruhe, im Gegensatz zum Tubel im Ort. Diesen erreicht man fußläufig in 10 Minuten. Klasse !!!
Das Highlight dieser Ferienwohnung ist der an der angrenzende Garten...
diese Aussicht -> wunderschön, der mit Liebe angelegte und sehr gepflegte Garten mit Pool einfach zum genießen.
Wir geben eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!
Wir werden sicherlich noch mal wiederkommen!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus - sehr nette Vermieter
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (6 und 9 Jahre alt) zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war einfach wunderschön dort. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Susanne und ihr Mann waren super nett und haben immer tolle Ausflugtipps gegeben. Im Haus war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Zudem sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einfach alles perfekt. Vor allem auch der Pool und die wunderschöne Aussicht. Wir werden es sehr vermissen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal an Susanne und Christobal und bis bald!

A beautiful and quiet apartment!
We have just returned from a lovely week staying in this beautiful apartment.
Inside everything is as expected with a well stocked kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite plus a twin bedroom with it's own bathroom in the hallway. There is a small living area with a tele and a sofa but we didn't spend very much time there as the weather was son nice!
Outside is where you are going to spend most of your time. There are 2 seating areas, one in a porch area which would be ideal if it was raining, the other is near the pool with a sun shade over the top.
The garden is fastidiously maintained with some of the lushest grass you will find in Spain. The pool is a good size with a shallow end around 1m deep and a deep end about 2.2m. It was 26 degrees when we arrived and closer to 30 when we left thanks to all the sunshine. In the evenings we liked nothing more than sitting on the sun loungers watching the stars come out with a glass of wine and looking for shooting stars.
As you can see from the pictures the apartment is about a 20 min walk from Lloret de Mar. The good thing about this is that you don't hear any noise in the evenings despite the amount of bars and nightclubs in the area. The roads are pretty steep around this area but that is a small price to pay for such a beautiful view.
Lastly, Susanne is a lovely hostess. She lives in the house upstairs and is always available to answer questions or give advice about the best places to go in the area. She speaks fluent English, German, Spanish and French (possibly more) and you couldn't hope for a nicer neighbour.

gorgeous views, great apartment, and a MUST to rent!
This vacation was many "Firsts"for us! This was our first time in Costa Brava, first time renting through Home Away or VRBO., and the first time staying in a private home. Everything described on this site was "bang on" accurate. The home was spotless, clean, and well appointed with supplies, and the private pool, grounds, and view are amazing! Susanne and Christopher were great hosts, leaving us alone, but making themselves available if we needed anything. Susanne welcomed us with a map, detailing names and hours of grocery stores, and a diverse selection of restaurants in town.( her English is perfect and appreciated) A concierge that thoughtful, intuitive and friendly is a very rare find. this was such a positive experience for me and my husband, that we are already thinking about when we can come back.
Because this was such an amazing find, it has spoiled us for future rentals. Of course, when we return to Loret De Mar, we will be staying here!

Luksusowa oaza spokoju
Jeśli chcesz wypoczywać na plażach Costa Brava, ale jednocześnie pragniesz spokoju i pięknych widoków, oraz prywatności dla siebie i twojej rodziny, willa Las Palmeras jest idealnym miejscem dla ciebie. Oddalona jest około 800 metrów od głównej plaży w Lloret de Mar, na wzgórzu z którego rozpościera się przecudowny widok na całe wybrzeże. Pieszo do centrum można dojść w około 20 minut, ale wygodniej autem (3 minuty) zjechać na parking przy samej plaży. Sussan i Kris są bardzo gościnni a zarazem oddają ogród, basen i parter willi na wyłączność swoim gościom. Samochód można bezpiecznie parkować przed wejściem. Cały apartament jest bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba, a nawet ponad to. Sypialnia dla rodziców ma osobną łazienkę, z jednym dużym łóżkiem. W drugim pokoju są dwa osobne łóżka. Druga łazienka jest w przedpokoju.
W kuchni nie brakowało niczego co potrzebne jest do przyrządzania śniadań, obiadów i kolacji. Do tego pralka, zmywarka, mikrofalówka, toster. Tyle ze spraw technicznych :)
Sam widok rozpościerający się z tarasu przy basenie, oraz kojąca cisza po wizycie na plaży i centrum, jest tym co czyni tą willę wyjątkowym miejscem do wypoczynku. Ogród jest bardzo zadbany, basen wystarczająco duży by i dorośli i dzieciaki miały frajdę spędzając w nim całe godziny.
Widok ze wzgórza na którym stoi willa jest niesamowity. Dla gości którzy przylecieli samolotem polecamy wynajęcie samochodu w wypożyczalni w centrum. Willa jest w połowie wzgórza i dla mniej wytrwałych wspinaczka z centrum do willi może być trochę męcząca.
W willi jest internet bezprzewodowy, trzeba przyznać że działał kiepsko, ale to akurat chyba zaliczam do plusów (dzieci). Jeśli ktoś koniecznie potrzebuje na miejscu dobrego internetu lepiej mieć ze sobą jakiś przenośny router LTE i zakupić lokalną kartę SIM z internetem.
Ogólnie, wakacje w Lloret de Mar, dzięki temu że wybraliśmy właśnie willę Las Palmeras oceniam na 10/10 punktów. W centrum plaże, ludzie, zabawa, dyskoteki, bary, restauracje, sklepy, a w willi Susanne i Krisa błogi spokój, wypoczynek, relaks i prywatność.

Suzannes' property was the perfect retreat after riding our motorcycles down from the UK. The well-kept garden was beautiful, the views were great as the property is set back on the hill above Lloret de Mar, and we were able to make use of the secure large garage.
The property itself was just the right size for the three of us (two couples or a 2+2 family), and I would love to plan a return trip.
Don't be put off of the location by thinking it's too far out of town, as it's cheap and fast by taxi, they tend to be with you within 5 mins.
I think you need to be there for longer than our 3 days to make up for the additional cleaning costs, but that would't stop me booking again for certain.
We were 1hr from the Circuit de Catalunya, so maybe 1hr 30mins from Barcalona. Lloret de Mar itself had alot to offer, and we never actually went to Barcalona as we had planned.
