convenient location; easy to check in; friendly staff & good communal kitchen facilities; it was well suited for a large group (seven of us in total)

The dorm cubicles were well designed and comfortable. The showers worked and staff were helpful.
It’s a little out of the centre and lacks a garden / outside space.

Very nice, spacious bathrooms, privacy in your rooms because of the curtains.
A definite letdown was that you can’t use communal areas before check in, not even to sit down in the front area’s chair or couch. It was raining when I arrived and had traveled all night, exhausted, so that definitely was a bummer. And that they don’t have a safe space to store luggage before check in. They have you leave it in the entryway right next to the door. Also, the drawer under my bed for locking my luggage was malfunctioning and they didn’t give me any alternative, just said “no one has ever stolen anything”. I can understand that, but it’s important to travelers to be able to have a safe space to leave their belongings.
