This could be your alternative school and work solution in the mountains. The open living room makes for a wonderful gathering place for your family and friends. The open concept living space connects to the dining area and a balcony. Views of the ski slopes are just outside your door where you can relax. Fresh new construction also shows it best with granite counters, radiant baseboard heating, wood windows and a balcony facing the meadow and slopes. This home is two bedrooms and two full baths, one for parents and one for the kids. Complete with a Kohler jetted tub and walk-in shower in the master bath.Alternative Work/School Solution There is a printer, scanner, shredder below the tv for your school and work solution away from home! This home has wifi for your convenience and tv viewing. There is a Roku w/ Disney pls and Acorn TV for your use. Other applications with your personal password include Prime, Vudu, Netflix. The homes makes great use of the square footage of this condo, which is perfect for a family coming together for a mountain escape. The primary suite boasts a Kohler jetted tub, plush QUEEN bedding and mountain style furniture. There is plenty of room for three kids in the bunk room with 1 bunk bed and a twin bed. Wow! I would stay here again. The condo was ready two hours early and peak properties sent me a text to let me know, which worked out perfectly. The staff was helpful! Whenever I needed something they were a phone call away. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning! Kirkwood was empty, so no restaurants. South lake tahoe is 49 minutes away, so cooked all the time. Loved our stay and are looming forward to the next stay!

Family had a great time! Love the kitchen. It is beautifully upgraded. Few feet away from lifts 5 & 6. Overall, the place is awesome! We will be back. Would be nice if there’s more board games.

Great spot for skiing!
Great location for skiing Kirkwood! Walking distance to the lifts. Host was responsive. Very nice place to stay. Easy in and out access. Covered parking spot was nice. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Place
This is a wonderful place to stay with a large group. There was plenty of room for the nine of us. The kitchen was large where two or more could be fixing meals. Everyone had plenty of privacy. Will definitely stay here in the future.

plumbing issues
During our entire stay, there were serious plumbing issues with poor drainage. The smell was awful. Property mgmt co came in a few times to rid the smell but they only brought in OTC liquid draino and that WAS NOT going to fix a much bigger issue. I would definitely check in with prop mgmt co before booking and insist they have a professional come in to unit to fix the problem. They do not take it seriously once a renter is in unit. has to be done before you arrive and then demand a partial refund if the problem is not fixed during your stay! best advise I can give.

Awesome ski in and out condo
Condo was clean, spacious and even better than the pictures online. Beds were comfy, all kitchen supplies were there. Lots of games in the family room. Bbq worked great and you could see the chair lift from the balcony. Literally a 1 min walk across the street to the lifts. Would definitely come back!

Loved the condo. Suggest for future bookings to have the traditional essentials stocked up for the price. (i.e salt and pepper, foil, baggies, bathroom soap and shower gel etc.) Not sure if there was supposed to be a welcome bag, but there was an EMPTY one saying ‘please enjoy this - thank you for staying with us etc.’. Carpet could be cleaned at entry and a broken towel rack in one of the bathrooms. All else was wonderful- would love to go again!

Lovely property, felt like home!
Our family loved the open concept dining/eating area. In fact, the floor plan of this unit is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked/equipped and we were able to enjoy wonderful meals. The seating in the living area was quite comfortable, cozy and superbly arranged. We brought our own board games but didn't even crack them open given amazing selection available. Overall, we had a terrific time together here, many laughs and memories.
We appreciated the fresh clean sheets and thick towels. This may sound pretty basic but it is staggering how many times I've walked into a vacation rental in Tahoe with food stuck to "clean" plates and musty bedding that smelled as though it hadn't been washed in years.
The amenities were great. There were two boot dryers in the laundry room, and full sized washer and dryer. Bathrooms were clean.
Cons: There was one light flickering and one lightbulb out in the dining/bar area. I called the property management on the first night and they said they would send someone the next day but no one came and there was no follow up.
We would intermittently smell some sewage in the master bathroom. Given that this is a condo, it could be coming from another unit.

Great location to vacation!
The place is huge with lots of amenities! The BBQ was the perfect touch to make family dinners. The location is perfect to go hiking and Mt Biking in the summer.
