Clean property with everything stocked that you need. I had zero issues with the property and the parking and check-in instructions were very clear. It was a very relaxing stay and the Kirkwood area is a little dead in the summer, but I was looking for solitude so it was perfect for me. My dog and I enjoyed the stay very much. Def would come back.

This place was perfect for my family of 3 and dog on a snow trip to Kirkwood. Nothing fancy but nothing to complain about either. Great kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfy too.

We stayed at the condo for a last minute ski trip before the end of the season we had our dog, our toddler and two adults. Here's our impression of the place: THE GOOD: -Great location. We walked to the lifts and you can easily walk back and forth between the condo and the mountain throughout the day to rest, eat, grab items you forgot, etc. -Accurate Description. The description is pretty accurate. There isn't a lot of natural light but that wasn't a problem for us. There's a good amount of interior lights that we never felt that the place was "dark" but we're glad it mentioned it in the description nonetheless. Maybe it makes more of a difference in the summer when people are keeping the windows open. It was snowing a lot and was cold so we kept all the doors and windows closed. -WiFi and Smart TV. We didn't have any problem with the WiFi. It was a strong signal and we had multiple devices connected and were streaming at times. The Smart TV had all the streaming services with accounts already logged in so you didn't need to have your own. There was also a DVD/VCR player but we didn't use it. -Water Pressure and Temperature. It's important to me so wanted to mention that the water pressure and water temperature (got hot quickly) were great. -Heater. The place said it didn't have A/C but that wasn't an issue for us. The heater worked great. THE NOT SO GREAT: -Hard Bunk Beds. This is in the description/comments so we were prepared but the beds/mattresses are hard. Probably fine for kids who don't really care but for older adults, it may be an issue. -Check-In. They gave us the wrong code to enter the house and so we had to struggle to find signal to call the after-hours number to get the right door code to get in. This was a pain in the dark (no light in the hallway) and freezing cold. Overall, we had a good time and we enjoyed the place. However, I can see how someone might be disappointed with some things if they didn't read the description or didn't read the comments. The manager messaged us to make sure we knew this place wasn't a luxurious condo (which we could see from the pictures) but it was definitely not a hole in the wall either. Manage expectations and enjoy how close you are to the mountain and you'll be fine!

This property was perfect for what we needed. We were even given the option for an early check-in. The only thing to keep in mind is the bunkbed mattresses are pretty firm. We didn’t realize that the couch had abed inside until the end of our stay. Also the door automatically locked right at checkout time, which was while we were loading our cars. So we had to call and have them open the door remotely. Other than that everything was great. The location was ideal.
