Balcony blues

The flat was comfortable and clean. It had all you would need for your stay (we did have to ask for additional towelling for the kitchen). The underground parking was convenient too.

The balcony is in permanent shade. This may be ok in the summer, but for a winter stay, it's very disappointing. We didn't use it once. The apartment is up in the old town and is a fairly steep climb from the seafront area to it. Definitely not recommended if you have any walking difficulties.

Wonderful flat downtown Altea, few minutes form the church in the top of the hill

Very big and modern apartment, well furnished and equipped, spotless clean... and big terrace.... a very nice and convenient bathroom.... a fully equipped kitchen.... well located downtown a few minutes from the nice plaza with the old church, a great spot for observing the sun set... and 10 min walk down to the pebble beach, by the small streets and stairs, to find tue very long promenade and views on Calpe rock on one side and Sierra Helada on the other side. The parking slot below the apartment is a real asset (caution with big car the ramp to access the 2nd floor is tiny)..flexible « no touch » Check in / check out, very precise explanation to find the apartment, the keys and the parking tag.

The terrace is exposed North, and there is no view at all from it (you see other apartments and a bit of sky), but to be fair the view was not advertised in Booking. If I found a dose to start with the washing machine, nothing for the dish washing. The bed a little too soft. And the soundproofing not efficient at all, I could hear all the conversations and other noise from the neighbors, even with the windows and shutters closed

Located close to the city’s cathedral, clean and neat apartment that will site for a family, comfortable kitchen.

we where staying in the winter and it got a bit chilly at night, second bedroom have no heating but it’s manageable if you keep all doors open between the room during the night, small fix could be an extra heater in the room :)
