Nestled in Old Saybrook, this lovely condo for $130 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Old Saybrook! Our apartment sits over our garage and is attached to our primary residence. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street, the beach, local parks, and other town attractions. We have recently made many upgrades to the property and we're ready for guests! We look forward to sharing our home with you! The space The apartment is situated above our garage and has a private entry off the driveway. Guests will need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the living area. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area and kitchen. The bedroom is accessible at the end of the kitchen and has plenty of closet space for guests. The bathroom is accessible ONLY through the bedroom, so any guests staying in the living room will need to pass through the bedroom to reach the bathroom. The shower includes a large overhead skylight and massaging shower head. There is also a stacked washer and dryer inside the bathroom for guest use. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment. The backyard, including the enclosed dog run, is shared space and use must be coordinated with the owners. We have small children and occasionally watch dogs for friends. Backyard use requires that guests adhere to all property rules. Interaction with guests This is our home. Even if you don't see us, you'll probably hear our children from below. We are a friendly bunch and look forward to hosting friendly guests! Let us know how we can help make your stay more enjoyable. Other things to note Our children aren't always as quiet as we might like them to be. We want guests to be aware that our kids might be loud in the morning and the sound does travel to the apartment. We will provide white noise machines that should help you sleep later than we do! ;-)

I had some business in CT and decided to take a few days of rest and relaxation. I packed my sewing machine and a few books and headed north! This property was perfect. I felt safe and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a quiet weekend.

This apartment was very comfortable and a perfect location in Old Saybrook. We greatly appreciate the toiletries and kitchen niceties that the owner had available. It truly was like staying with a friend. Old Saybrook is the quintessential New England town, just beautiful.

Lee and Kelly's place was absolutely amazing. Although we were there for less than 24 hours, we loved everything about it: it was clean, bright, and perfect for what we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Old Saybrook area.

I had a wonder time at this stay! It was a great way to spend the last night with my mom and sisters before getting married at a venue nearby. Lee & Kelly were very accommodating and so easy to communicate with! I’d love to return with my husband one day for a mini getaway!

I am so glad I found this place to stay, especially since I grew up in the area and return often to visit. We enjoyed getting to know the family and loved the property. The apartment had everything we needed. We alternated swimming in their pool and going to the beach which is five minutes away. Old Saybrook is a great town and we enjoyed being close to main street also. Thank you!

Our stay at Lee and Kelly's was just what we needed. Super cozy space, close to family and Main Street, and perfectly sized for our Christmas stay. The dog run was so helpful for our 3 fur babies that stayed with us- also super quick to communicate any needs to Lee and Kelly and taken care of quickly (a bit of ice!). Cute space and exactly what we were looking for during our visit home. Thank you, Lee and Kelly!!

Excellent and cozy apartment, just a quick 10 minute walk to downtown Old Saybrook. We were there just one night, specifically for a show at "The Kate" theater venue. It could not have been more convenient for the show and a nice dinner before hand. This apartment was filled with all the necessities for a much longer stay than just our one night. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend a night, a week, or even longer in Old Saybrook.

This property was great for our family of four! Checking in was a breeze with the keyless entry pad. The place was very clean, and the owners provided a lot of extras to make the stay comfortable. They left a snack basket, plenty of clean towels, and detergents. They let us use their beach chairs and even a camping mattress so my kids didn’t have to share the sofa bed. The main bed was nice and comfortable. The washer and dryer worked great. WiFi was great. The only thing not completely comfortable was the tiny bathroom sink and lack of counter space in bathroom. The other comforts made up for that small inconvenience. We had a great time visiting mystic seaport, Old Saybrook, and the Essex train. It was a lovely stat in Connecticut!

We enjoyed our stay. Many extra treats and amenities, well stocked kitchen. Short bike ride to the beach. Very comfortable. Owners kept to themselves but responded quickly when we had a question. Bath could use an upgrade.

Cute little place. Only unfortunate was we had our dogs and didn’t feel comfortable having them use the dog run as the owners also have dogs and they barked when we went out side. Would have been nice after our drive. Cute place though

We loved our stay in Old Saybrook, especially being able to walk to downtown and the shore from the apartment! Lee and Kelly were friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. They had snacks, candy, wine, and everything we needed for cooking a meal at their place (pots, pans, seasonings, etc.). Perfect set-up and location for a cozy, quiet getaway. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at Kelly & Lee's place. It was clean & comfortable and looks just like the photos. In addition to all of the amenities listed on the website, we appreciated the little touches - coffee & cocoa, a pitcher of filtered water in the fridge, a basket of snacks, great magazines and maps. The communication back and forth with Kelly & Lee was perfect. I also think they did a great job of explaining the realities of their rental right up front in their listing. Sure enough, their dogs did let out a quick bark whenever we unlocked the door, but we never heard from them after that. We had the pleasure of meeting Kelly and her charming children when we first arrived and did hear a little activity from them while they were in the main house, but as our kids are now grown and out of the house, it just made us feel nostalgic. I assume that if we had been loud, they would have heard us as well as sound did tend to travel. So having said that, this unit might not be a good fit for everyone, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
