THE PROPERTY & OUTDOOR AMENITIES
- Massive Backyard Oasis: A huge, flat backyard and large side yard featuring multiple seating areas, 2 outdoor dining tables, anti-gravity chairs, and 2 sets of wicker sofas.
- Pool & Spa: Private in-ground swimming pool (open Memorial Day to late Sept, $150 fee) and a relaxing year-round hot tub ($150 fee). There is even a convenient pool house with its own bathroom!
- Private Tennis Court: Fully equipped with racquets and balls—also perfect as a safe, flat, paved space for little kids to ride tricycles.
- Grill & Fireplaces: 5-burner gas BBQ grill (propane provided), a beautiful built-in outdoor fireplace, and a separate fire pit area (firewood provided).
- Kids' Paradise: Features a wooden playset and a massive 600 sq. ft. sandbox.
- Parking: Large parking lot easily accommodates multi-family groups.

Although the estate sits on 14 private acres, loud music beats and sudden noises (like toy guns) travel far in the woods and will disturb the serene environment. We want you to have maximum fun while respecting the quiet nature the Poconos has to offer!
- Security Disclosure: Properties may include a front exterior camera and/or noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. Noise monitors measure sound levels (decibels) only and cannot capture private conversations. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools, spas, or the interior of the house.

Amazing house and host the house had everything we were hoping for plus and was very spacious, the host was very nice and easy to work with would definitely recommend and plan on coming back!!!

We rented the house for three nights with 9 adults, two teens and one toddler. The space was perfect for us and the kitchen was well equipped for a crowd. The hot tub being in an enclosed room was also so nice for our winter visit.Two things did dampen our visit however: the fourth full bathroom was not in the main house and therefore not available during winter. We had five family groups and planned on three groups getting their own bathroom. The second unfortunate part of the house is that the walkway is almost the full length of the house and in the shade for most of the day, making it a sheet of ice the whole time we were there. We tried to salt it but it was too far gone when we arrived and too cold to ever melt. If we had been able to load in and out of the house through the garage, it would have been much easier.

We selected this property because it was listed as wheelchair accessible. It is not. The floor plan has a 6 inch step up between the living level and the bedroom level. There are also two steps to enter the house. The bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. One member of our family who is in an electric wheel chair was severely inconvenienced by this and required being carried in and out of the house as well as within the house. Other than this, the house was clean, amply furnished and had wonderful amenities.
