The upper-level unit of this home features of 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The updated living area features an open concept great room which works wonderfully for gathering the family together. The renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a spacious island with bar seating. The kitchen table seats six people and adjoins to the open living room which offers plenty of space to relax or enjoy your favorite movie. There is a Full-size sofa bed that allows the living room to double as an additional sleeping area for larger families. There is a covered, street-side porch complete with chairs, side tables, and rockers - a perfect for relaxing! The primary bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen beds. My friend and I visited with our 4 teenage daughters and had a great time! The location is perfect, but we were somewhat disappointed in what was provided. Only 1 towel each, no beach towels or beach chairs, etc, no soap, extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. We had to buy all of this. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice to have known. We would return.

The rental was not clean, we spent an hour cleaning the floors upon arrival, after our daughter spent 10-minutes walking barefoot her feet were completely black. Roaches everywhere. Mold in the shower areas. Its an older home, we get that, but clean the floors and hire an exterminator, that's a rather easy task for $300/night rate, yea its that much when you factor in all the fees. The only thing decent about this place was the location. If you're not going to clean it or maintain it, then sell it or demolish it to make way for someone who will.

The location of the cottage is great - we were able to walk to restaurants, and the beach is right across the street (a quiet, one-way street), which is perfect. There were issues, however: the landscaping is so overgrown. There were bugs (We're from FL - so we're used to the wildlife). We called the mgmt. co.; they sent someone to spray. This "beachy charm" cottage needs updating and upkeep.

To start off, we were notified on our way down that the washing machine was going to be looked at the following day which was a Tuesday. On Wednesday I called the office to see if the washer was going to be repaired and they hadn’t heard from the repair company so they had to call me back when they found out something. They did call back rather quickly and said the washer would need parts and unsure of when that would be. So we didn’t have a washing machine all week, which is a big inconvenience. The house is in desperate need of curb appeal, the place almost looks abandoned when driving up to it. The uneven floors and soft floors in some areas made us unhappy with this property. The kitchen was the only nice room in the house. I won’t book here again because of the lack of concern about the washing machine issue and the poor condition of the house overall. There is no pride in ownership and lack of maintenance.

The house is in a great location and was a perfect size for our two families. Check-in was a breeze and we actually were able to get in the house earlier than the 4pm timeframe. The floors seemed a little dirty but we just wore shoes inside; otherwise, the bottom of your feet were black within 5 minutes of arrival. Our biggest issue was the AC. We found out after having someone come out over 3 times that the AC either 1) isn't large enough for the house or 2) there isn't adequate insulation to keep the house cool. We called on day 1 because the air was 77 upon arriving and continued to climb up to 82 degrees. AC Tech said he did what he could. So, day 2, air goes back up to 84 during the day and the AC Tech comes back out and explains there is nothing more he can do. The company finally brings a portable AC unit but it is placed in the living room where the thermostat is so come bedtime, the 3 bedrooms were hot as can be. So after two days of this and rather grumpy from no sleep, we go to the property office and complain and they give us 3 fans to try at the bedroom doors to keep the AC and the portable unit flowing the cooler air. The said they were sending out another AC company for a second opinion and yet the same AC Tech arrived. I know he was upset with us, because he was frustrated when he had done all he could on Day 1 of our arrival. Nothing changed when he came out yet again, to not fault of his. We ended up making the best of it but it definitely was not the best experience due to the AC and for what you pay to rent a house for a week, the darn AC should stay cool like you set it - not continue to rise. We couldn't even cook in the house for 90% of our stay due to the heat in the house and not wanting the stove/oven to make it hotter. We finally had to due to the food we brought needing to be cooked/eaten.I will say the property management company did respond to our calls best possible; this is on the owner for the AC issue! Plea

Property was in a great location. Clean and cute set up. AC unit may need some work and the landscaper needs to be contacted ASAP! Weeds were overgrown which interfered with the appeal and attracted a few uninvited critters however, it was a enjoyable trip. I would book again!

We had a really bad experience with this company. We were without aircinditioning for almost 3 days until they put in a window unit which did not cool the bedrooms. The renal Atlantis needed paint badly and updates. We didn't enjoy being there and although we told them on more than one occasion they didn't return our call nor refund any money since we left a day early and were without air. Go somewhere else.

The house was perfect. Everything was clean.There were three of us. There were 3 nice bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room, nice living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Plus a wonderful front porch with rocking chairs and a small bistro table with chairs if one wanted to eat on the porch. It was literally a few steps from the beach. I would rent this cottage again in a heartbeat!

When we arrived on Monday late afternoon, the air conditioning was not working. We reported it to Bryant Realty and it was repaired before midnight that same day. We found everything clean and in good condition. The porch was wonderful and convenience to the beach was excellent. There were 6 people and one beagle in our party and we had no problem with space to sleep, sit and use the kitchen and bathrooms. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We could walk out our back door and across the street to the Veggie Wagon, which we enjoyed. The location was quiet and convenient. The only other problem we had was bugs and before we vacated the property, an exterminator was there to spray. Altogether, it was a very enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed a really great vacation staying at the Atlantis in Carolina Beach. Great location, really good weather, and extremely warm water. Being dog friendly was another plus and our son's golden retriever had a great time, especially when she was swimming in the ocean. Close to places to eat and the "boardwalk"-(not much of a boardwalk when compared to the Jersey Shore) and beach access is directly across the street. We would suggest that you include more information regarding the amenities in this property. We brought things that were unnecessary because the house already had them, but we didn't know that. Also, the only real complaint would be that the landscaping around the house needs some TLC and an outside shower would really be great. Using a hose just isn't the same. Not sure why we could only have two cars in the lot, when there is room for more and you can have up to 8 guests. Overall though, we had a great time and would recommend the house and Bryant Real Estate.

Being located right across from the beach was so convenient and the home was centrally located that we could walk to numerous restaurants, the boardwalk and park across the street. The home was comfortable and kitchen well stocked with necessary cooking items. Also loved that we were able to have our dog with us who really enjoyed the ocean! It was a wonderful family vacation and we would rent this home again.

This is a great little house right by the beach entrance and close to restaurants. There is also a small lake across the way that was great to walk around. The house is a little old and could use a few updates, especially in the bathrooms, but overall we had a great stay. Max, the dog, loved it too!

5 of us rented this house for a week at the beach at the end of April. We had a wonderful time. The location was great and it was a good pick for us because we were able to bring our dogs. The place is cute with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer.
Our favorite thing was to sit out on the deck in the mornings and evenings.
It is directly across from beach access point , walkable to restaurants, the boardwalk, the lake nearby, and the coffee shop/Veggie Wagon is right across the street. Fun fact is that there is a ship wreck at this location -- and we were able to see it at low tide one day which was very cool.
The pictures of the house are accurate for the most part, although the balcony, steps, and railings are a bit worn and could be repaired/replaced/repainted. Would love it if the porch had gates to contain the dogs when we were out there. We simply kept them on leash. Only other comment was that there was some construction trash under the deck which is visible front the street.
Overall we really liked the place and would stay again. We even tried to extend our stay by a day, but it was booked.

Great location!
This is a great little house right by the beach entrance and close to restaurants. There is also a small lake across the way that was great to walk around. Located in a walkable area just across the service road from a handicapped beach access, this clean cottage in a great spot. You really don’t need a car and could make out just fine without one. Our family group of 3 couples were completely at home in this well-appointed beach house and we loved the rocking chair porch, although we did add 2 baby gates at each end for the dog. There was already a Keurig there, so I did not have to take mine out of the car and there were plenty of utensils and pots ( maybe a few more teaspoons would be nice) to make our dinners. There was a dedicated pantry for our use, and plenty of room for our clothes and gear. I appreciated that the decor was nice but not intrusive nor covering all surfaces, so if we wanted to play a board game or work a puzzle, we did not have to clear off tchotchke to do it. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the place and the location. Was not aware someone would be staying downstairs until after we rented the property. The downstairs tenants came in at 2 AM and was very loud unloading their car. Sucks the parking was right at the master bedroom. Our internet was out when we checked in but we didn’t report it because we didn’t care to have someone in and out of the rental while we were on vacation. An AT&T tech was out the next AM working on it but it never stayed consistent. Second day in the master bedroom lost power so we didn’t have a TV or ceiling fan. But, didn’t care to have someone working on the place while we were on vacation. We would definitely stay again because it was great to be right across the beach and we loved sitting on the porch.

Nice deck to sit on.
There was no internet connection. The fan in the living room did not work. The pull chord was missing. After staying there, I don't think the price was justified. I feel like it was overpriced. Overall, it was okay. Didn't get the whole check in concept. Not sure I understood the point. The info could have easily been given in an email and there would have been no need to sit in the parking lot at Bryant for 20 minutes. That seemed to be a control thing to insure no one arrived early.

Vacuum did not work. Floor was gritty when we arrived.
Internet issues. ATAT would come and fix.
Direct tv does not have many channels. Thank goodness we brought our Roku. That saved us on the rainy days.
