I loved the location and the principle of the set up.

we were not met with the keys or explained about the property. There were several things that were listed that were not in the villa or did not work. It was not very clean. The pool was only cleaned once during our time there. Communication with the host was appalling. We had no clue what to do with the keys on check out. Several things were broken on our arrival which we tried to discuss with the host but to no avail. The owner tried to help but I believe these things should never have happened. I am very disappointed as it was meant to be a family get away to see family after a very traumatic year. It cost a lot of money which was paid in full and on time. The owner has offered a refund but I have no clue to what amount and when. KA Stokes
