Air conditioner use. the rental includes an air conditioner, the air conditioner is set at economical settings. The air conditioner is set at 66° to 73°, and hot days then it might be set at 75°. Violation of the settings will result in loss of deposit, and owner may have the option to pursue funds to cover additional electricity cost.
