Located in Burlington, this attractive house for $163 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This newly constructed space has been designed to provide you with the comforts of an entire home with many eco-friendly features. It is a fusion of convenience and quiet within a natural setting. It was built and designed by the owners to incorporate rustic, organic elements with contemporary features, and to compliment the surrounding Vermont beauty. Stylized as a barn to juxtapose the new space with the existing property's historic farmhouse (main property). Enjoy a view of the secluded backyard canopy and our gardens from the back deck or soak up the afternoon sun from the large front windows while feeling the breeze through the windows. This cozy oasis is located one mile from bars, restaurants, and the nightlife of Winooski, but also is only three miles from downtown Burlington. In addition, Bayside Beach in Malletts Bay is just three miles to the North where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and pedal boats during the summer months. It is a short drive away from The University of Vermont, Saint Michael’s College, the Burlington Airport and half-hour from some of the best skiing New England has to offer. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen, modern appliances, a tranquil and open bedroom, full bathroom, heat pump, electric fireplace, private deck and entrance. Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi and a great couch to lounge on! There is even an outdoor storage space. Enjoy the open, tiled shower with rain bath fixture and custom lighting options all over the space. We were so grateful to enjoy a few nights in this gem of a place just north of Burlington after being on the road for several weeks. Lovely design and well appointed space for enjoying on its own as well as positioning us for some fun hikes and bites within easy 30 minute commutes. We hope to return soon! We spent more time at the property than we normally would as our visit coincided with record rain and flooding in northern Vermont.
We found the carriage house to be cozy, well kept and comfortable for our stay. We would definitely do it again if our wandering brought us back for another visit in the Burlington area.

This place is so beautiful and hand-wrought with love. The owners are responsive and sweet. It is a short drive to coffee or food and we have no complaints! Every feature made this tiny home inviting, from the electric fireplace backed by a tv that swivel depending on where you want to watch what to the full kitchen. The repurposed barn wood was throughout the place includes the slider for the full bath with convenient washer dryer. Loved this place!!!!

We loved it here. It’s so charming and cute. It’s more or less a studio, and the place is so well organized, there’s so much storage and everything just makes sense. It’s new and clean and wonderful! Chris was super helpful and a great host.

Everything was very clean and the house is very beautiful. We were with our baby and the size of the house was perfect. We just miss towels and had lots of problems with circuits: we always needed to restart it. Also, we received two different codes to enter in the house and that was very confusing for us. We still very envoyed our stay and would recommand it to any couple or small families!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The property has all the amenities one would need for a stay away from home. I highly recommend this property and would stay again if I needed a place in the area.

The carriage house was beautiful, cozy and well laid out. The rustic wooden beams we amazing. Every inch of space was utilized to the best of it’s ability. It had every amenity that you could ask for. Right down to the quickest dryer that I have ever used. Felt like home for the four days that we stayed. Would highly recommend this property and owner.

This place has everything that is needed. We had a little trouble with the tv and the owner showed up and fixed it for us. Great Location! This was our favorite of the three VRBO's we stayed in, it kind of spoiled us for the others.

I had a wonderful stay here. It is such a cute little spot. Very clean! Chris was very responsive when i was having some trouble with the wifi, he was very helpful! The only thing was that there was just a small thing of shampoo and tiny soap bar - no big deal, I just would’ve brought my own stuff had I known! Wonderful stay, definitely would come back and recommend it!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I took my husband here for his 45th birthday and the place was spotless, had literally everything you could need and was near everything! overall phenomenal!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The interior was very well designed and appointed and it was just a short drive to all the places we wanted to visit. (If you stay, be sure to visit Shelburne Farms - beautiful!) For a light sleeper like myself that wakes up to the slightest movement, the bed was especially comfortable. The only item we wished they had was a gas grill.
