The owner responded immediately to all our questions and helped with everything they could. They contacted us even before our journey, met us in the morning when our flight landed, and indicated that we could go right away and pick up the keys (even though theoretically, we could have only done that after 3 PM). Everything was great, the accommodation was nice, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order. Its location was excellent, with the beach, city center, and public transportation just a 5-10 minute walk away. A parking garage is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, where you can park for approximately 15 EUR per day. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area. On our last day, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment, and despite it being a Sunday, the owner arrived with a locksmith within an hour to unlock the door. Furthermore, they covered most of the relatively high cost, even though it was clearly our fault. We want to express our gratitude for their kindness! We had a great time and would choose this accommodation again next time.

Susi was excellent host. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. There was water, coffee, tea, wine in the room. Kitchen was small but there was even a dishwasher. Good beds.

The apartment is very close to the beach and very centrally located. It has everything one can possibly need; our host was very kind and helpful. Due to its central location, someone might find it a bit noisy, but for us (family with children) it was just perfect!

Really nice apartment, very clean, very well equiped right in the old center of Alicante. Susi was a great host and she provided us with everything we needed.

This is a great apartment which has been nicely renovated and has everything you need. The kitchen is compact but is very well equipped to easily cook meals at home. Susi was a great host who was easy to communicate with and check-in was easy. Bottle of wine and juice in the fridge was a nice welcoming touch. Balcony was big enough to sit out on with table and chairs. Comfortable bed, good air-con and wifi.

Everything was great, can only recommend. The location is awesome, near to the beach and to public transports. Well equipped, we had all we needed. It was clean and cosy. And the balcony is fantastic.
The only issue we had were the pillows. They could have been more comfortable, but no serious problem.

- how lovely the host was - she was very accommodating and even provided transport for us one day for a great price.
- very comfortable apartment, lovely to stay in. It was kept very clean and presentable so it was lovely to arrive to.
- we loved how close we were to the center and if you’re a fan of the night life it would be perfect for you but if you prefer a quieter location, this may not be the right location for you.
- overall, it was a lovely experience and great value for money, we would definitely go again :)

The apartment is cozy, warm enough for November, and located in the very center of Alicante. It can be noizy sometimes, but you can close the balcony. There's an AC with a heating option (we used it only once), high-speed WiFi (around 300 Mbps), and cool welcome gifts from the host.
The bedroom is a bit small, and top shelves are unreachable for short people.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of places to eat/drink outside your door. Within walking distance to all the attractions.
The washer is outside in a very narrow balcony, not comfortable to do a wash.

Self service. Intenet was good, Location perfect. Clean is up to yourself, no cleaning.
Only one set of sheets for two weeks, 2 set of towels thou. Noice at weekends, no english channels at tv.

First of all, very cute apartment and you have everything you need from washing machine,dishwasher or for example coffee machine. Second, I loved the location of the flat - it was super close to everything. Susi was super nice, she had prepared ice, water and wine for us upon arrival. Definitely recommend!

Great location. Great apartment. Beach umbrella and beach towels available and gratefully used. Suzi the owner met us on arrival late in the evening, she let us check out late and was available if we needed anything. Would recommend and would happily return.

Location , great air con in bedroom and living room and shower really powerful and large wetroom area. Wifi good too, not too many british channels on sat tv though !...but your on hols so it's not that important.
Nothing to dislike, lovely host in susi. She gave us her number in case of any queries..but wasnt any - all good
