The staff was helpful and cordial, and the facilities were well-maintained. A notable advantage is the round-trip transportation offered to guests attending events at the nearby Coliseo MedPlus. Additionally, the breakfast service was satisfactory.
Not real deal breakers, but: The shower design is impractical; the handles are too far from the showerhead, there is no nearby towel rack, and the antislip pads have a considerable gap between them. Additionally, the pillows were too soft for my preference, though I did not check the closet for firmer alternatives.

Staff was beyond incredible. They helped us every step of the way, gave us breakfast to go because we were leaving too early in the morning and walked with ua to our Uber to make sure we were safe. Simply amazing people!
The entire hotel was top notch, great amenities and amazing quality.
There is nothing we did not like.

Very attentive porter; welcoming, eager to please, provided a complementary drink whilst being checked in, loaded the cases
Excellent room
Great location for return to airport... even though our flight is tonight, we have to return the hire car at lunchtime
Literally on top of multiple food options
Thought I'd used "Free Paking" filter & this appears to be paid parking - no bigbdeal
One of the food options - Leños y Carbon closed at 17:00, on a Satyrday!!!!
Neither of which is down to the hotel
