The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabin was in good condition, and the view was absolutely amazing!
Our cabin was located about 200 meters from the lobby and breakfast area. It’s a nice walk, but I did wonder how it would be in rainy weather.
The AC unit was only in the main living room, so on the first night it was quite cold downstairs, all the warm air went to the upper floor. The next day we asked for help, and the staff kindly turned on the central heating, which solved the issue right away. It would have been great if it had been on from the start. Also what will happen in summer ?
The cabin itself was spacious and cozy, though it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned recently, there was some dust in several areas.

This beautiful hotel is located very close to Ambrolauri airport and its center. We stayed only for one day and opted for a villa rather than the main building, and we loved it. It was located just 5 min walk to the main building and had exceptional views on vineyards and mountains.
Internet was a bummer! It simply did not work. This must be addressed. Breakfast also disappointed. I wish there were more choices.

Location is best 10 minutes from Ambrolauri airport. Spectacular views and beautiful mountains around the property. Stuff is great and all ladies were friendly and welcoming like family. They helped us to find taxi drivers… dishes were delicious and wine was perfect.

The only source of heating was AC. The bathroom was super small and very uncomfortable.
