About this house rental
Located in Jacksonville Beach, this lovely house for $500 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to our Jacksonville Beach home! This beautifully built home is 3 houses from the beach and is the perfect getaway for your family. So come discover laid back beach living at its finest! Our home is a 3 story, 2316 sq foot house that is drenched in sunlight with 2 decks that offer amazing views of the sunrise over the ocean. The second floor has a wide open kitchen/living area with lots of bright sunlight throughout the day. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped with double ovens, a ceramic cooktop, small appliances, granite counter tops, cookware, dishes, and utensils. You can enjoy eating at the breakfast bar with its stools or use the big dining table in the dining area. The living area has a large sectional couch for you to enjoy a game at night with the family or to watch your favorite TV shows. You can also choose to listen to music on the decks, in the master bedroom, or in the living area with the surround sound system. Go through 2 sets of french doors off the living room and step out onto the 2nd-floor deck to enjoy the view sitting atop high Adirondack chairs. Bring your coffee out there in the morning while watching the sunrise - it's a great way to start your day! Our home has 3 BRs, each with its own bathroom. The first floor has a bedroom with 1 queen and a bathroom with a shower. The 3rd floor has a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a Juliet balcony off the queen bedroom that allows you to catch a glimpse of the sunset in the evening. Step into the large master bedroom through double doors and enjoy a good night's rest on a king sized bed with lots of pillows and a memory foam mattress. Two sets of French doors open out onto the deck that has even more amazing views of the ocean than the 2nd-floor balcony! There are two rocking chairs on the deck for you to relax in the warm nighttime breeze before going to sleep. The master bedroom also has its own HDTV. The master bathroom is an oasis in and of itself! With a 'his & hers' sink, a large soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, you can pamper yourself after a day at the beach. There's no need to carry all your luggage or groceries up 2-3 flights of stairs, as there is an elevator in the house. We also have a laundry room with top of the line washer/dryer available for your use. Additional amenities include bed linens, beach towels, a charcoal & gas grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, and bikes. The beach has beautiful, soft sand that you can walk on for miles! Get your morning stroll in to start your day :) The ocean often has waves large enough on which you can either boogie board or surf. There are lots of surf shops nearby if you want to rent a board, or you could try paddle boarding. Our home is only about 30 minutes from historic St Augustine, 15 minutes from TPC Sawgrass Golf Course, and sits in the heart of Jax Beach with all its restaurants (many with live music) and shops. It is also walking distance to several restaurants, including Casa Marina Hotel and Restaurant (they have a great rooftop deck overlooking the ocean for you to enjoy cocktails and food), Mellow Mushroom, and the famous Salt Life Restaurant. Deep sea fishing and casino boats that travel offshore are also available out of Mayport.

Loved our week at this amazing home! Our party of 6 had the best week. My husband and I, our 16 year old sons, 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend had more than enough room to relax and enjoy the week. Steps from the beach, walking distance to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, breweries and shopping. We enjoyed using the bikes they provided and the beach items as well. The shoppes at Neptune Beach are a 5 minute drive away and I highly recommend going. Great restaurants and shopping there. Kitchen and home is fully stocked. Ran into 2 issues which the owner quickly resolved. AC went out the 3rd day and she was quick to have a company out to fix it. The grill ran out of propane mid use and she brought us a new one! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We have a new found love for Jax Beach. We are checking our calendars to see when we can go back!

This house is located right at the edge of the beach. Views were great feom the balconies. The beach toys and equipment were a plus for us, since we flew in. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The house was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful, super clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Three full baths gave everyone space and privacy. The garage is stocked with all the things needed for a fun day at the beach or a bike ride to dinner.
I can not stress enough how clean and comfortable the property was. If Jacksonville is your destination this is the place to stay.

What a fantastic property for enjoying family time leading up to our daughter’s wedding at Casa Marina right down the street. Beautiful neighborhood with nice people who live there year round. Communication with owner Larry was easy. Beautiful, clean, spacious home with great views of ocean & a minute walk to beach. We were spoiled w elevator for luggage & groceries & with all the bikes & beach gear in the garage, tho we did bring our own. King suite & bath are huge, as are all the bathrooms in the house. Great quality towels, linens, & a fully stocked kitchen plus spices & olive oil; full size W&D & tons of storage. Walk or bike ride everywhere, even to Whole Foods. Our stay has made us consider possibly moving up to Jax Bch, which speaks volumes. Minor suggestion - please consider memory foam topper on the 2 queen beds, as they seem to be very firm new mattresses, & a drip coffee maker for those who drink coffee by the gallon (there’s a Keurig w reusable pods). We’d rent this lovely home again in a heartbeat as is.

My second stay. I reviewed this property last year and this year, we again had an excellent stay at this beautiful property.
One minor complaint this year (and it is minor). Last year we were provided a code to use the garage door key pad opener and that was very nice and a great convenience. That was not available This year. It would be great to have that feature. Otherwise outstanding.

We went to see the Giants / Jags game and this house provided a perfect location for 6 adults to enjoy the weekend. Walk/bike to everything. It was a breeze getting to the stadium for the game. The house is perfect for 6 adults as each has their own bathroom and the kitchen/living room is a great common area. We will definately rent again if we need to be in the area.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, certainly the best rental kitchen we have ever had the pleasure of using. The bedrooms, bathrooms and communal space— all light and airy and comfortable. The property manager, Sunny, was very responsive and helpful for any questions during the week and the owners (Larry and Caroline) were extremely kind during the easy booking process.
The beach is just steps away from the house and we delighted in full days at the beach, swimming in the ocean and it was very fun to take after-dinner strolls on the beach and to nearby ice cream shops. The location is perfect—not too far from anything but out of the middle of the hustle and bustle of bars/restaurant scene. We were all so sad to leave but hoping to return to the house next summer! Thank you for a memorable beach vacation!

This is the second year we have stayed here. Awesome, modern and so comfortable with plenty of room. Great decks with views of the ocean and fun people watching. Walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Good communication with hosts. Overall a great stay.
