This is your home away from home, with 1,100 sq. ft. of privacy you don't get in a traditional B & B, or hotel. Two beautifully decorated bedrooms with KING sized beds, 1 with jacuzzi tub, and shower, the 2nd with shower. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, with lots of closet space. Main area has a gorgeous kitchen for those who would like to cook beside the open spaced living room with fireplace and walk out balcony. Start your day with coffee or tea on the balcony, have appetizers in the afternoon, or enjoy a late night cocktail. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. This is the third time we have stayed at this property, and we have been very comfortable each time. Debbie went to a lot of trouble to decorate it for the holidays both times we were here in December, and it made being away from home much more pleasant. The apartment is very well-equipped -- I noticed a brand new coffee maker this time, and I really appreciate all the throws and afghans to make sure that I'm cosy at all times!

Debbie was the most attentive and helpful person. This property is in an excellent location in Stratford. Everything is in the condo that you could possibly need. We had such a great time. The restaurants are terrific. Spoiled for choice! Stratford does Christmas so beautifully. The people are so welcoming.

We cannot say enough about this property. It was perfectly located and wonderfully appointed. We have been going to Stratford for 40 years and have stayed in lovely places but this one is by far our favorite. It has everything one would need and is close to the theaters, the restaurants and the downtown shops. We hope to stay again!

Three 'mature' ladies spending 4 days attending the theatre and shopping etc. This condo was absolutely perfect. The space is lovely, it is spotless and decorated for comfort and style. The outdoor balcony is a huge bonus and we enjoyed it often. The location is great, you can walk into town and the shops and restaurants in about 15 minutes and it is a nice, safe walk. Honestly I can't recommend this place enough. Our host was extremely helpful and we will definitely be returning - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Stratford now I know about this! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful space.

The elegant Swan is better than advertised. We enjoyed everything about it including fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious balcony and great location. We will definitely return next year.

We (2 adult couples) stayed in the Elegant Swan in June 2023, and we couldn't have been happier. The space is very well laid out with 2 bedrooms (both en suite, both with king beds), kitchen, sitting area large enough for the 4 of us, and a great balcony for morning coffee and after-theatre drinks. The location is great for proximity to theatres and restaurants. We'd definitely plan to return!

Great apartment, great location. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to theatres ( the farthest away the festival theatre is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive) Good communication with the hosts and so nice to have teas and coffee already in the cupboards.

I spent a girls weekend here and this was such a lovely condo! Perfect location, it was walking distance to the theatres and a lot of great restaurants. The condo was so clean, and the king beds were such a plus! For 4 adults it felt so spacious. We felt safe the whole time, and parking was easy to get to. Also our host was just the loveliest person ever, she was so easy to talk to and gave great recommendations to some amazing local restaurants. She was easy to reach out to and her response were quick. So if you're going to stay in Stratford, I'd highly recommend to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were very comfortable and all of the facilities were great. It was super to be able to park right beside the entrance and the elevator was really nice when we had to get our stuff upstairs. I especially appreciated all the afghans and throws -- wherever I needed one, there was one right there. We definitely hope to return on a future trip.

Easy access to all theaters, wonderful accommodations, great location. We entertained others in our party for a pizza dinner one night. It was a very much appreciated escape. Our exact location was changed after we made our reservations, and it was a fabulous stay all around, Owner was accessible and helpful all through our visit. Really wonderful.

The location, unit and furnishings were great. We went to see a play it was minutes away. The condo for 2 couples was just perfect. Plenty of food options so close as well, it was simple to navigate anything we required with just a couple minute walk. Kitchen had everything we needed for the drinks and snacks we had and the host was quick to respond with every question. Would absolutely repeat and just loved our stay.!!!
