Very clean and modern. Comfortable bed. The host is super nice. Air con worked. Balcony was a lovely space to relax. Breakfast selection was great - the cheese cake was amazing! Grazie!
We found a parking space easily but can see that it could be difficult at times. Location is about 20 minute walk to the centre - we enjoyed the walk, but just including here for awareness. Note that there is no lift and a few stairs to climb. Breakfast room is small and uncomfortable if more than one table is occupied. Suggest the tables are cleared periodically during the breakfast time.

The position is good, close to the beach and city center, on a quiet street, you can't hear anything at night. Everything was clean. The breakfast, even though it was not varied, it was good quality. We appreciated the umbrellas and sunbeds that you would not get in a hotel. Self check-in and check-out makes it very flexible.
There are some compromises that should not be made at this price point, that would bring a 3-4 star hotel and not an improvised B&B in an apartment. The towels are only changed every 3 nights and they are hang dried, which leads to them smelling damp really fast, we didn't have a balcony so there was no proper way to dry anything. The kitchen is crammed so there's not much room for food variation or appliances at breakfast. Even though the beach is right outside, it's not the best, you will probably prefer to go to other beaches like Maria Pia so this advantage kind of fades away.

Imaginative room design with colorful green bathroom. Room meets expectations.
Towels were at the end of their lifecycle (hopefully). Rich breakfast with first come first served but no replenishment of buffet. So be there on time!
