About this condo rental
Situated in Denver, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a great option for your next break. Our Penthouse is clean and specious . Very Sunny , and open floor plan is the perfect space for friends and family trip . Perfect location will allow you to explore Denver. The heart of Capitol Hill neighborhood is close to all the best bars and restaurants. Historical mansion style will keep it unique experience . Plenty of parks to go to , 5 min from downtown and one hour from mountains . If you are planing to see concert at Bluebird , Fillmore or Ogden Theatre , you are in the right place . It is a very busy part of happening neighborhood . Many bars restaurants and coffee shops around . Place is on the third floor and there is no elevator . It is above the bar / restaurant. We would appreciate high noise tolerance guests ( louder on weekends only ) . Please respect our afford in making it clean , although remember it is "home " , not a hotel so some things might not be perfect or might not be the way you desire . We believe guests travel to adventure and enjoy it only :)

The property itself is excellent and in walking distance to the Fillmore and Ogden Theatres. We were impressed with the interior of the property. The surrounding area on Colfax is nothing to brag about.

I had a quick question for the owner and received a response back very quickly so great communication! The check in and out process was a breeze too! We loved the location being so close to downtown. The place was decent & the view was incredible but in a suspect neighborhood. Girlfriend had an issue with people on the street , & the refrigerator didn’t work. Had to toss a lot of food & was never offered any compensation. Was told to keep our refrigerated items downstairs in a bar.

Wonderful Stay
This is a great space but the neighborhood is intimidating. Los Marg's next door has amazing food. We did walk to other restaurants within a 10 block radius and no one bothered us but there are a lot of people on the street. The murals in the neighborhood are really cool and fun to look for. A few negatives: the air conditioner in the main bedroom wasn't turned on when we arrived and it was really stuffy in there. It didn't cool off before we went to bed so we cracked the door open on the balcony which felt great but the street noise was a concern. We also had an issue with the Wifi because the instructions on the VRBO app weren't correct. Kinga helped us figure it out after some frustration of trying to fix it ourselves. The app said the checkout time was noon but the codes to get through the gate, front door and room door were reset at 11:50 and we couldn't get our final bag out. Thank goodness someone was cleaning inside and came to let us in after a lot of banging on the door. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Perfect place for a girls trip to Denver, CO. We felt safe with the keypad security system and gated entrance to the building. Location is a quick Uber drive to anywhere downtown. Cozy place to rest and recover.

Best Bachelorette Spot!
We stayed with Kinga for a long girls weekend. I cannot begin to say all the amazing things about this rental. We had 6 girls and all had so much space. Everything was in great condition and made us feel extra fabulous. The view of the capital in the mountains is perfect every time of the day on the patio, as well as that view from the master bedroom. Kinga was the best at responding to us immediately, taking care of every need, and meeting us down in her restaurant below for a drink to celebrate! There are so many amazing restaurants, bars, and nightclubs within walking distance.

Spacious, clean, and lots of natural light
We were pleasantly surprised by how much space we had at this property. Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) had plenty of room to stretch out and lounge after a busy day in the city. The 2 full bathrooms were luxurious and the kitchen had wonderful, high end appliances. Electrical outlets were available everywhere, so we all could simultaneously charge our devices from any nook or corner and take full advantage of the free WiFi. There was also plenty of closet space to stash all of our stuff to maintain a clutter free environment. We enjoyed the view of the golden clad Capitol building dome and mountains beyond from the deck and abundant windows. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much! The owner was lovely, and the restaurant below served delicious authentic Polish cuisine, and had delightful, friendly staff. The bar had a casual and fun vibe. Easy walking distance to coffee shops, local brewery, and Voodoo donuts. Overall a great place to stay!

Absolutely amazing place and host!!!
We were in Denver for a wedding. We arrived and they were helpful right off the bat! Carried our large bags up to the apartment where we would be staying offered parking space, and was all around very friendly. We LOVED our place over looking Colfax and you can see the mountains and capital building from the master bedroom window. The space also offered a deck to hang out and have coffee or a drink on. The place was clean, well maintained, swanky decor, and had everything you’d need to stay a week or longer. It is centrally located with a great coffee shop next door that serves great food and cold brew. Great location all around. Everyone we had over for a snack or cocktail was amazed at the space and what it offered. When we needed something we only had to send Kinga a quick text and she got right back to us! We definitely spent some time at her bar below the rental and the staff was just as friendly and accommodating as Kinga! They have great food and really reasonably price drinks! Bonus is you can bring them up to your place if you need so you don’t have to leave it unattended. If we ever come back to Denver we will definitely rent from her again! Thank Kinga for you hospitality and you are absolutely fabulous! We can’t wait to come back and see you again!

Wonderful Christmas Holiday
We stayed here for 2 weeks for Christmas and New Years. We could walk everywhere we needed to (the liquor store is less than 600 feet away, very important at the holidays!), and so many restaurants to choose from, including Kinga's Lounge (which was delicious!)! Kinga is a wonderful hostess with a wonderful family, she even had a baby gate and toys for our grandbabies, and a Christmas Tree up for us when we arrived! And, VoDoo Doughtnuts is a short walk down the street!! It's a wonderful place to stay that we highly recommend!

Close to Everything!!
We enjoyed the company of our 2 adult children over the thanksgiving holiday at Kinga’s Penthouse! Lots of room, clean with a funky chic style. Beds were great. We had everything we needed. Plus, location was awesome. Uber downtown $6/8. Lots of places within walking distance as well.
We love city life, and had no problem with the noise of people partying and enjoying themselves around us. So keep in mind, this apartment is located above a bar. It can be a little loud at times.
Also, just as in Kinga’s listing, there’s a lot of stairs.....as it’s on the 3rd floor. We had easy parking and felt safe at all times.
We truly enjoyed the downtown feel of this spot.

What a fun apartment! Beds were comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Had everything we needed for a great weekend in Denver! Also, food is excellent at Kinga's Lounge.

This penthouse was great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Fully stocked, clean, comfortable. Perfect location to bar hop, see a show on Colfax or head downtown. We couldn't get enough of the perogies at Kingas Lounge downstairs. We will rent again for sure!

Clean, comfortable, and so spacious for the price
First of all, you can't stay at most Hamptons for the price we paid for this 2BR 2BA loft apartment. Clean as a whistle and nicely decorated and equipped. Located in a diverse, gentrifying neighborhood with bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Despite this, there were no noise issues to speak of. Kinga, her fiancé, and staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating. The Polish food at Kinga's was delicious. Las Margs and Irish Snug were great, too. Although we had a rental car, we used Uber as well. So easy! Thanks for everything, Kinga!

A very pleasant place in a great part of town
We really enjoyed this spacious 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the Capitol Hill area. It has been remodeled fairly recently and is in great shape. Lots of windows, natural light. Kinga, the owner was delightful and made sure to communicate with us before and after our visit. We do have a couple suggestions to Kinga of a few minor improvements that would be good. The beds could use top sheets--most people expect them. There were plenty of towels but no washcloths or hand towels. The internet connection was kind of spotty, could be better. (I'm a guy and didn't really notice these things but the ladies I was with pointed them out). Also, this is a third floor walkup so if stairs are an issue this is not the place for you. Thanks Kinga! We loved our stay.
