Beach living at its finest! 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH in the HEART of the RESORT AREA and centrally located in the VIBE Creative District, the newly imagined art and cultural district. Blocks away from the CONVENTION CENTER and central to restaurants, roasters, museums, oceanfront events, and outdoor concerts. With the home quietly located off the street you can enjoy a clean, tranquil and safe getaway thats just steps away from the beach! Open floor plan in kitchen & living area, connected to a great deck for entertaining. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with views of the oceanfront. Large 2nd & 3rd story balcony. Large master suite & bathroom. Two car garage, driveway, & street parking. Bedroom #1 on the first floor contains 2 twin-over-full beds. Bedroom #2 on the first floor contains a queen bed. Bathroom #1 on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower and tub. The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens to a 2nd story deck. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and is a half-bath. Bedroom #3 is the primary bedroom located on the 3rd floor and contains a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bedroom #4 contains a double bed and is accessible through the primary bedroom. Bathroom #3 is on the 3rd floor and is a full bath with shower, double vanity sinks, and a jetted tub. Some details to note: GUEST ACCESS: -- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate. -- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival. AMENITIES: We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request. PARKING: There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning. REFUNDS: Highly recommend trip insurance. The house was very spacious and everything we needed. Even thou it rained a lot while we were there we all had a great time playing card games and hanging out. The place was very quiet and no trouble at all.

Gathering of family made perfect by renting this town house. Big kitchen was perfect for all hands on deck cooking. We enjoyed the deck that have a grill for cooking a plenty of sitting. The beach was a block away and we took full advantage.

We enjoyed our stay July 30-August 3, 2022. We had 11 guest, ages 7 and up from Northern VA and Ohio.. The property gave us enough room to spread out as desired while also having a great kitchen/dining/family room area for meals/conversations/entertainment. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation (with the exception of a Belgium waffle maker-I brought my own). Jade and Nathan were great to work with, very accommodating and responsive to our messages. There were a couple of maintenance items that we brought to their attention (none that effected our stay), they responded quickly to ensure that our stay was not disrupted. We will definitely have this property at the top of our list when we visit Virginia Beach again!

We were here for a graduation, but this is a perfect location for family vacation and literally was a 5 min walk to the beach walking at a casual stroll. Plenty of space in the home and no one felt crowded at all. Home is better than described actually and we would definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Host sends lots of helpful info and seems very attentive should any issues come up (we had none).

While some items were not as expected when we arrived, the owner/property manager communicated with us promptly and helped to resolved our issues. The house has a nice common living area, good sized bedrooms, and good beach amenities on property. The house was super close to the beach and other kids attractions. Our group enjoyed our stay in the Virginia Beach area.

Great property and wonderful hosts! My family of 10 stayed at Nathan and Jade's property for a couple of days. The house is way better than the pictures. Very spacious and clean. The Kitchen is huge and is well stocked with basic pantry staples, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc. The location could not be better with lots of local restaurants within walking distance. The boardwalk and beach are a 5 min walk down the street. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were super responsive with questions. If you are on the fence about booking - dont be!.... you wont be disappointed.

We had a great stay..a very fun time. Only just disappointed in a couple of things. A huge selling point for us was the garage gym, as we are all fitness coaches. When I asked about it (because it was not there at all), they said they removed it 3 weeks ago due to a liability, which is totally fine, BUT it would have been nice to be communicated with about it before we got there. I also suggest taking those pictures out of the listing as well. The AC didn't work at all on the main floor and upstairs bedroom the entire trip (but they said they were getting it fixed the day we left which is nice) and some outlets didn't work at all as well, which wasn't a huge deal. ALL in all was a great trip though...just some small communication issues were the only thing.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! PROS: Great location/quick walk to the beach + the communication with the property managers was fantastic + the kitchen and living areas are very very spacious which was great for our large group. CONS: There were a few things that we didn't expect: the one bedroom is actually the master bedroom's walk in closet (spacious for a closet and has a window tho!) which we felt wasn't clearly described as such in the listing since there was no photo of that bed + the garage wasn't setup as functional as the picture displays it as (not a big deal, since we parked a car in there and the owner let us know in advance that some items pictured would not be included, but the pictured bar area in the garage wasn't a usable space due to lack of available chairs/setup) + the beds weren't overly comfortable/pretty cheap in the master bedroom pull out & closet room, but for a weekend trip they were fine. We had a few issues with some of the provided items (slow draining shower + needed tuning to the bikes), which we communicated to the owners at the end of our stay (since they didn't cause a major inconvenience during our stay, but could for the next group), and they were very receptive and respectful. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at another property managed by these owners in the future!
