Dennis - Are you looking to be within walking distance to one of the most popular Bayside beaches? Mayflower beach is a very short walk from this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Enjoy views of Cape Cod Bay from the deck while sipping on your morning coffee or entertaining with friends. This home offers Window A/C on the main level, Wifi and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after your day at the beach! Approximate square footage 1920 including finish basement. This home offers a Saturday change over. Also now offering 3 night minimums. Also now offering 3 night minimums.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. Steps from Mayflower Beach - the best family beach on Cape Cod! This location is priceless - save the stress of parking and just walk! Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars so plenty of room for bikes and beach buggies. So nice to be able to just go to the beach whenever you want instead - morning walk with coffee, midday stay for the best stay and go back for sunset! Tide doesn’t matter when you can go anytime! House has all you need. Don’t be intimidated by the rental process - it’s worth it! Foran Realty is super helpful and local - Great stay!!!

This property is a gem of cape cod. Clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect- an easy walk to mayflower beach and close to other amenities like shops, restaurants and ice cream as well. The view from the deck is amazing. Would highly recommend this property.
