This two story unit has living on the main floor and all three bedrooms upstairs. Easy access to the beach (bike, walk, seasonal trolley or drive). Down town Bethany Beach is just 8/10 of a mile. No smoking. Very nice property. Walking distance to restaurants and short drive to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of space for our party of 9. Really enjoyed the screened in back deck.

Great location, quiet area. On site pool was a plus. Screened in porch with fan was used a lot by us. Beach, restaurants within walking distance. Bethany Beach trolley ran past property entrance. Living room, bedrooms, baths and kirchen was like being at home. Kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cups, glasses, bowls, plates etc. Would recommend this for families.

The location is walkable or trolley nearby to the beach and boardwalk as well as conveniently next door to restaurants and stores. The condo was as described , clean but nothing provided ( bring soap, paper goods, dish detergent etc. kitchen is dated but has basics you would need. Overall a good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that the couch and love seat were sandy and the floor seemed sandy -- no rugs at entry ways to capture sand or rainwater when walking in.
Security and privacy could be improved by putting a drape across the patio door . We were willing to clean up ourselves but there were no Swifter pads and the floor mop was filthy.
There was an odd hammering/clicking sound in the wall on the first floor between teh bathroom and dining room when the 2 nd floor master bedroom sink was running both hot and cold water for over 5 minutes.--- sagging sewer pipe ?
Decor was nice, pool was clean and quiet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th or 5th year renting this unit and overall we love it!The owners continue to make upgrades. One comment - the newly floored stairs are pretty but given that the stairs aren’t standard/regulation height, they were a little slippery now. Also, each year we find that the cleaning service who cleans before we arrive does an ok, not good, job. It doesn’t look like they sweep the floors before the mop so all they do is move dirt and sand around. We always sweep the entire place when we arrive. This year was no exception.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental except for the WiFi and/or cable. Watching TV was very choppy and the internet kept dropping out. It was needed as we still had to do some work while on vacation. In need of some maintenance or replacement. Other than that, it's a great place to stay and we have stayed there two years in a row but will look elsewhere for next year.

Very nice vacation rental for 4 adults and 3 small children. The home is very well maintained and sufficient for all of your needs. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting relaxing vacation. Just close enough to boardwalk and beach but very quiet and private while at home. Owners show pride in ownership. Would definitely rent again!

The beds were comfortable, the pool was close by. It was cozy and decorated beautifully. The freezer had the fastest ice maker I've seen. After using nearly all the ice at night, by morning it was almost full again. Location was perfect. Next time we will definitely rent bikes for the kids.

Great week. Very clean unit. We loved having the tennis courts and pool so close. We have rented this unit for the past four years. Highly recommend it.
