House in New Mexico

About this house rental
Guests find that the Rancher's House, with its sprawling spaces and oversized living areas, is exactly right for enjoying the opportunity to gather. The long front porch easily accommodates a group at one end playing cards at the small table, others in the middle space visiting, and a jigsaw puzzle or board game in progress at the large table beyond – and more. In the spacious living room, there are several conversation areas, or some guests might enjoy the big screen TV for broadcast cable programming or movies from our library. Off the kitchen, the side porch is perfect for breakfast at the banquette or for managing drinks service for the party. The dining room serves up to 12. With other tables and a bar up to 16 more may share a meal.
Outdoors, the fountain patio is a patch of fresh-air privacy for the Rancher's House, but the house is only steps away from the beautiful pool, a replica of its original 1929 predecessor, and well-groomed lawns and plantings within the courtyard's walled perimeter. Shady seating and a 6-person spa promise even more relaxation.
Beyond the courtyard, expansive lawns beckon guests to run and play or soak up sun. There's room for badminton, croquet, or bocce – or just enjoying the air and light, so special in New Mexico. Guests are welcome to explore ranch headquarters, with its barns and corrals, and then to hike, bicycle, or drive out in any direction on NAN Ranch roads. There is plenty to see and enjoy.
• Rental guests may also park one RV or camping trailer nearby, though we do not offer hookups.
• For very large groups, combinations of rentals, and events, a consultation with the ranch owners is recommended.
