This unit is renovated in a contemporary/modern decor. Walk a 1/2 mile to Siesta Village for restaurants, shops and nightlife. The #1 Beach in the U.S (according to Dr. Beach) is just a 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute car ride from your accommodations. TripAdvisor's Best Beach in U.S 2016 & 2017. Siesta Beach is approximately 6 miles long of powder white sand. Every day hundreds of walkers, joggers, bike riders pass by on the water's edge. Along the beach there are a variety of sea birds such as egret, sandpiper, herons and of course sea gulls. Many days dolphins can be seen feeding and playing just off the beach along with the occasional manatee. The Gulf of Mexico shallow depths make it a very popular beach as walking hundreds of feet offshore the depth barely reaches six feet. Enjoy the private patio in the evening, after a BBQ on the Weber Grill. Stroll down to beautiful Siesta Beach for sunset. Enjoy over 25 golf courses in Sarasota. Or take a short drive to St. Armand's Circle for some upscale shopping and dining. We offer one King and one Queen bed which is ideal for two couples or a small family. The place was a great little house. Nice fenced in yard for our dog to run around in. they have ever thing you need for a stay by the beach. just bring your clothes, food and drinks. The owner was very easy to work with regarding the stay. I would definitely stay there again when visiting there.

Place was clean, very comfortable beds. We enjoyed every day being in there. Owner provided with everything in the house. Only inconvenience was that not that close to the nearest beach in walking distance, need car or other transportation, but other that that definitely recommend đź‘Ť.

A nice private and shaded patio with a Zen quality and fenced yard for our dog. Very laid back and relaxing atmosphere and comfortable unit with everything provided for our stay including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon. Walking distance to the village (15 minutes), short 5 minute drive to the beach in a great neighbourhood.

Lovely place to stay!
Very lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. The place was very clean, quite and I was able to bring my dog. Close to the beach and the Siesta Key tow, We had a great stay!

Slept cozy….
Nice 2 bedroom property, a little hard to find as the GPS takes you a little elsewhere as you have to improvise in finding the place. A few roaches visited us while on our stay & could be better cleaned by whoever cleans the apartment but was not a bad place to stay I guess but Sietsa Key Beaches Beautiful!

Perfect for the cost
Location is just outside of all the attractions. Easy to find and convenient to get to the main strip. There was constriction but didn’t bother us at alll or change anything . Will stay here again

This was the perfect property for my wife and I. It had everything that we needed and we loved the outdoor seating area. Very cozy and quaint.
The beach wasn't as close as we thought for walking, but it was a quick trip by car. Very close to everything you need.....Siesta Key Village, restaurants and shopping in surrounding areas were a quick trip in the car.
We had the opportunity to meet the owners, and they were very nice and couldn't have been more accommodating.
I would highly recommended this property.

Beach Oasis
This was the perfect property for my wife and I. It had everything that we needed and we loved the outdoor seating area. Very cozy and quaint.
The beach wasn't as close as we thought for walking, but it was a quick trip by car. Very close to everything you need.....Siesta Key Village, restaurants and shopping in surrounding areas were a quick trip in the car.
We had the opportunity to meet the owners, and they were very nice and couldn't have been more accommodating.
I would highly recommended this property.

Overall the stay was very good. Good location and met our needs. I would have given the room 5 stars. But for the price point I would expect a dishwasher in the room. Regardless the host was very responsive to our needs as well.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. My husband has difficulty walking so the entrance right off parking lot was a plus as was the adorable private patio space. Easy to get to beaches, restaurants, shopping and points of interest in the area. Owners were extremely nice. Great place for dogs with fenced yard.
Apartment had everything needed for a trip to the beach including bike.
Also had washers and dryer in the building.

The place was very dirty and smelled terrible. We had to burn scented candles. There were ants crawling all over the kitchen counter tops the entire week and a large roach also showed up. One of the blankets we got out to use looked like it had blood or poop stains on it. The laundry room was filthy as well. There wasn't a smoke detector in the place which isn't safe.

We love this two bedroom apartment. It has a beautiful tropical fenced in backyard which is great for our pups. Getting to and from the beach is a short bike ride. Also there is a free shuttle that we used often. We will hopefully return again very soon. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome place for a beach vacation!
This property was an excellent place to stay while my family enjoyed five days vacationing in Siesta Key. The apartment is easy to access and close by to all the amenities. I’m sure walking to locations would have been possible but given we have three small kids, driving was our preference and worked very well. The property was very clean and while it was “cozy” for two adults and three children, it worked really well. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment anyway since there were so many great things to do nearby! The beach is amazing, great water for kids who know how to swim but haven’t been to the beach yet. You can literally go out 20-30 ft and not be in more then 3-4 ft of water which was perfect for our 7 year old. There’s also parasailing (which we did, incredible adventure!) and many other water sports activities and rentals right there on the Key.
Home was well furnished with kitchen utensils and other basics. We ate in the house for most meals and felt right at home. The charcoal grill was a nice-to-have as well when we decided to have some steaks and hamburgers.
Thanks for an excellent visit — certainly somewhere we wouldn’t mind visiting again in the future!

We love this two bedroom apartment. It has a beautiful tropical fenced in backyard which is great for our pups. Getting to and from the beach is a short bike ride. Also there is a free shuttle that we used often. We will hopefully return again very soon. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We were given very thorough instructions for check-in and had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips! The property is very secluded so we felt like we were at our own island oasis! Travel to Siesta Key Village and the beaches was very easy. We will definitely be returning again!

50th Birthday in PARADISE!
Myself and 4 of my besties stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We all had a fantastic time! We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and pretty much as advertised. Our pup got to roam free in the fenced in yard - which made things more pleasant. Little things, like a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and hammock helped make the stay even more enjoyable.

Awesome property and location. Everything about this stay was easy. Right down the street from the beach, and literally 6 minutes from every store that we needed. Nothing to complain about. I would stay here again.

Christmas stay
Lovely property and great location. It was really nice to have a yard for our dog and the property owner was so welcoming to us and our dog! We used the available bikes to bike to The Village which was great since parking is a challenge there. It was perfect for our stay to visit family on Siesta Key. All in all a super stay!

Cute place - Great Location!
This 2 bed/1 bath apartment was perfect for family member "overflow" during Thanksgiving visit. It is very close - a nice walk , to the beach and the village - less than a mile. The apartment was clean and tidy and is easily accessible (no stairs), which was important for our guests. Kathy was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful with any and all questions. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect!
We had a great time staying in this location. It was about a 10 minute walk to town which was fine, there is also a free trolley that you can take to the beaches from town. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed throughout our stay and for the beach. Definitely would stay here again!
