Louisiana Themed, Beautiful, Newly Renovated, open design with living room, dining room and spacious kitchen with quartz counters. Vaulted Ceilings. Single-level. Comfortable King size beds with cool gel mattresses and amazing headboards - ensuite baths with towel warmers- 2 separate coffee bars stocked with your choice of coffee and tea. Fully furnished with 3 Large TVs, WiFi and Netflix. Huge dining table for games and puzzles, Washer/Dryer, Outside entertainment Deck with gas grill, abundant wildlife. Whole house, not a duplex. 1/2 mile to Garvan Gardens, 1.5 mile to Lake Hamilton Boat Launch (Sunnybrook Landing with fishing pier, 30 acre park and boat launch), 6.5 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Casino, Close to Lake Catherine St Park/Diamondhead - easy access and close to all Hot Springs has to offer. RV Hookup available for our guests, 35 amp breaker and dump station. House is easy to find, located at the corner of Carpenter Dam and Arkridge Roads. Dual entrance, circular drive. Equipped with hairdryers, pots, pans, dishes and everything you need for a weekend or longer stay visiting Hot Springs National Park. 2 night minimum. Government rates available for stays over 14 days. We take care of our guests and have attained Premier Status with VRBO. Attention to detail shows in every room and we want you to feel very comfortable and welcomed at The Little Pelican! It was wonderful! Very clean with beautiful decor and holiday decorations also. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner along with a birthday party after, thanks to the beautiful dining room area and spacious kitchen. I highly recommend this place!

This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Well decorated and cozy. The beds were comfortable as well. I will definitely be staying again. Close to downtown and the tracks but seems like you are in the country.

From the moment you walk in the door you are surrounded by welcomes of all kinds. Even better than online, you enjoy two complete master suites, GREAT finishes, and conveniently set up kitchen and eating area. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained. We are already planning a trip back to Hot Springs in a next month and this will be our place every time.

The home was beautiful, immaculately clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful amenities. It was one of the cleanest homes I have ever rented. The host and hostess did a wonderful job decorating and putting thoughtful touches into the property. The beds were very comfortable and the towel warmer was so nice. There was a sweet welcome sign and cookies on the counter when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

The outside looks nondescript but when we walked inside it was beautiful. Two bedrooms with king sized beds in both and bathrooms in both. The owners left cookies and cold soda. We ate at two of the restaurants recommended and both were good. There was a sign welcoming me when I got inside. Owners were responsive. Clean up was a breeze, take trash to cans on porch and start washer with towels and washcloths.
Definitely one of the top rentals I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful place. Very spacious, very clean. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Gorgeous place loved the side deck with lots of room and sitting. Loved the grill. Loved that it's across the street from Dollar General. i would stay here again, and again, and again. Job well done with the upkeep and keeping it very clean and looking GORGEOUS!!!!!

Property is beautiful and the hosts did a great job communicating. The house was close enough to everything we wanted to do but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Looking forward to future stays!!

Fantastic experience while in town for our nieces wedding. Perfect location and great space. Super smooth arrival and check in process. House was spacious, functional, very clean, and had every amenity you could need. Wish we had more time! Would stay again and highly recommend if you are in Hot Springs.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The property is clean, and the pictures don't do it justice. We've never stayed anywhere that provided all of the amenities that you need. No trip to the store to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Everything you thought you would have to go buy was there for us. The Littles have a great place here and are great hosts.
The location is close enough to attractions, stores, etc. to be very convenient, but just far enough out to be peaceful. Peaceful enough that a doe and her fawn visited with us several times through the week,
If you are on the fence about renting this place, pull the trigger. You won't regret it!

The Little Pelican is a quaint little vacation rental. The Little's attention to detail was a delight. There was cookies, drinks, and a personal welcome note. I can see us staying here again.

This is the first time we used VRBO and it will not be the last. The Littles are friendly and very accommodating. The Little Pelican became our home away from home and we felt very comfortable there. We didn’t want to leave!! When we walked thru the door, we were greeted by a personalized sign, welcoming us to their home. My kids were also excited to see the fresh cookies waiting for them on the kitchen counter. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed watching the wildlife coming out of the nearby woods. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Hot Springs.

The Littles have obviously taken much time in preparing a home away from home for their guests. Everything is thought out with extra special touches, like cookies, drinks in the fridge, and even a visit to say hello. We loved them stopping by to check on us. It's true, someone else said that it's even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. So clean! Perfect location for all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit. We are saving this Vrbo and hope to use it again in the future. We already sent video tours to several friends.

This was the third time our group has stayed at this adorable house. As always, it was perfect - the location, the decor, very comfy beds with nice pillows and linens.
It was too cold to grill but there is a very nice grill and outdoor space.

Perfect & Beautiful
We fell in love with this charming home as soon as we walked in. It's beautifully decorated and had everything you would need..even welcome cookies, water, & cokes. It's centrally located within 10-15 minutes of downtown hot springs. Would rather be at this hone than a boring hotel. Don't think about where to stay no longer, this is it!
