Very nice hotel, big room and bed. Everything was very clean, staff were also friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Parking perfect if you come with a car
All was good - if i would have to mention something would be the coffee in the breakfast, it was not good and would have been nice to have other options than black coffee. Pillows in the room could also be a bit more comfy

We loved everything about this hotel. It was spacious, the location, the breakfast and the staff were all impeccable.
The staff were all so incredibly friendly and kind and were quite sweet to our young son, especially Leonora.
The breakfast had so many choices and was delicious.
The location is also amazing as it is a very short walk to praça velha (the city square).
The rooms were impeccable and clean.
We can’t wait to return. We’ve already spread our recommendations to family and friends!

Location was excellent
It felt like it wasn’t finished lots of burned out lightbulbs, and there was a hole in the ground covered by wood planks, plus a lot of the doors are not Self closing so even late at night some of the doors were not open to the property which led to security concerns

Nice spacious superior room. Friendly staff. Breakfasts as a good range of quality food. Fairly central location.
I had a room facing the street so the noise from the cobblestones intruded a bit. I had to keen asking to have the air on turned on as I could not have the windows open due to the noise. Beds were firm but needed a mattress topper as they were not as comfortable as they could have been. I think you should provide filtered water machines to reduce plastic bottle usage. I hung up my bathroom towels but every day they were changed which is not good for the environment or energy usage.
