Please note reservations that are for seven or more nights during holiday/peak time periods will be subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. Standard Policy: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less the $85 cancellation fee. Really enjoy our stay here. The rooms were clean and decent size, did enjoy having two separate bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. They only issue with the stay is that upon arrive the lockbox where key was in wasn't shut completely, just got a little freaked out that we were at the wrong condo. Otherwise, highly recommend for adults needing time away to relax, short walk to town and the beach and hot tub was defiantly the best perk.

The condo in general was nice. A bit dated and adequately stocked. One towel per person for three days isn’t enough! The restrictions on seafood in the condo should be included on the information page when advertising the rental. Beds were hard and bedding tired.

5days/4 nights with perfect weather
Great room. Very spacious quarters. Wish there was easier access to the beach. It was further than I expected. Don’t mind walking, but it was about .25 mile out the back and down the road.
There was a portable fan that was very filthy. We bought some cleaning products and really worked on it, but it still needs cleaning.
We totally enjoyed everything. Thanks.

Great view!
Everything was nice and clean and all necessities were available in the kitchen. I appreciate the elevator because it makes it easy to pack in and out. The only thing I would change is the bed. It was too firm for me.

No where, when I was making reservation, did it show the VRBO booking fee. I also paid a service fee with Keystone.

Artistic retreat
If I bought a condo in Lincoln City, I would want this one. It is the perfect size, has everything you need and is updated. The furniture is comfortable. The decos are not cheesey (love the painting on easel). The beds are sooo perfect. The view is stunning. Most important, it doesn't have the usual musty ocean smell so many condos have - and it was impeccably clean. The condo is walking distance to beach access, has a covered patio are that is great for watching the rain and just feels like the perfect get away home. I hope to be able to return.

It was a very nice condo. Great views. Wish there were more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Couldn’t find turn on for Hot tub near pool. Other guests couldn’t either as they were just sitting in hot water no jets. But a nice stay overall.

Nice property with great views of the water and sunsets. The place felt modern and cozy. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach access is just South of the building.

Beach Condo Gem in Lincoln City
Easy to book and pay on VRBO. Lockbox for key pickup and return was convenient. Interior of the condo was nicely and tastefully decorated; the condo had nice finishes, and the kitchen was loaded with dishes, glassware, and pots/pans. Very comfortable condo, with ability to cook as much or little as we wanted. Very convenient parking underneath the building which would be great for a rainy day. The photos led me to believe we could walk down to the beach rght from the condo, however it was approximately 0.2 mile walk (4-5 minutes) to get down to the beach. This would be important for people who need extra time or assistance. Overall 5/5 rating, but would recommend the owners look into repairs for the 2nd bathroom exhaust fan and exterior tub seal in the same bathroom. Recommend either providing or guests bringing a surface cleaning solution for countertops and other areas where the cleaning team missed.

Relaxing
We loved our stay at this property. The only negative was parking. Each unit is supposed to have one space. One evening during our stay we returned after a long day and had to park four blocks away and up one street. My spouse was furious. Our nice day ended on a very sour note. I would suggest each unit be provided a parking pass that must be displayed in the vehicle to hopefully discourage unauthorized parking so paying guests have a place to park!

Lovely coastal getaway
We used this location as a hub to explore the coast for a few days. The condo was perfect. Beautiful views of the water, watching the sunset from the hot tub, and cool tidal pools at low tide on the shore in front of the property. Loved it and would recommend.

Great spring break!
We had a wonderful spring break weekend at this condo. Everything was clean and the furnishings quite homey and comfortable. Keystone was great to work with and very helpful when we had a few questions. Look forward to another visit.

Impressed!
A gorgeous condo on the first floor overlooking the Pacific while enjoying a fire in the fireplace! This totally exceeded expectations! Centrally located in a very quiet location, the only noise we heard was the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Two beautiful bedrooms, each with a King size bed. Easy to walk to the beach, the town, and a short drive to major attractions. Nice underground parking. We would definitely love to come again!

Beautiful place to spend a relaxing vacation
Easy to find, easy to get into. We could have spent our entire vacation sitting on the deck. Deck and view so amazing! Loved hot tub. King sized beds super comfortable. Loved the washer/dryer and also the pool and exercise facility and game room. Fireplace nice. We will stay here again! Not a single complaint - only praise. We loved the facility and our entire experience. Value for the money was really good.

Best vacation rental ever
This was the best vacation rental that I have rented. The accommodations were amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view was spectacular, I loved all the notes and instructions left to help you find things! Will definitely be back. What a great place to relax.

Awesome unit.
We were surprised at how perfect this unit was. Complete with so many upgrades. We felt like we just walked into a totally "new" clean wonderful place. To view the ocean at all the different times of day was such a pleasure. We are senior citizens plus have limitations as far as walking steps and found the elevator worked perfect every time. I would give this place 100 stars.

Lovely condo with awesome ocean view
This beautifully furnished condo with a fully equipped kitchen was a wonderful 3-night stay for 4 of us. It was very relaxing to sit and enjoy the close wave action and sunsets. Family members also enjoyed the pool and pool table that were available onsite. We would stay here again. It was an outstanding unit and location!
