Minimum age of renter(s) is 25. Families welcome but limited to 2 children 17 years of age or younger. 3) The cancellation policy displayed by VRBO/HomeAway is inaccurate. Below is summary of the cancellation policy offered by Keystone Vacation Rentals. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness and weather, we highly recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance to assure the refund of monies paid due to the unforeseen. Please note reservations that are for seven or more nights during holiday/peak time periods will be subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. Reservations for stays thirty (30) nights or longer will be subject to either a 90-day or 120-day cancellation policy. Please contact a reservation specialist for more information. Standard Policy: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations falling on day 45 to day 31 before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total monies due, not withstanding whether the collection of all remaining monies due has been made pursuant to the Reservation Policy, less the $85 cancellation fee. This condo was everything we hoped it would be. The hot tub was amazing. We were given the wrong code for check in but Im sure that is a one off problem. Everything else was just perfection. Thank

The condo was great and squeaky clean. The hot tub was fabulous. The kitchen was stocked with nice dishes and cups and plates and pots and pans cooking utensils and the beds are big . The view is outstanding. Here are a few things I would suggest
The movie selection wasn't as good as it could be my opinion is that when you were at the beach you were there to relax it would be nice to have some movie stations such as maybe HBO, Cinemax, Stars, something of that sort. Here is my opinion on the bedding the sheets are somewhat slick. I had an awful time getting comfortable has the bedding is too slick. And maybe some nice sleeping pillows to me I will rate a place where I stay according to the bed. I did not sleep well the six nights that we were there. Just another thought is that if there are small children above you you can hear the pitter-patting of their feet most of the day and even into the evening. The kitchen appliances were absolutely wonderful modern everything worked well and it was easy to cook around. The parking is a little tight but I have a small car. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo very much just maybe consider more TV movie options and maybe some different bed sheets and pillow. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Very comfortable home
We enjoyed our stay, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking (we even made blackberry pies) and the hot tub was excellent! There were no shells on this beach which was disappointing, but it was a great beach for walking. Highly recommend.

Staying at the Pacific Winds- Sand Dollar was a treat. It was exactly as described, quaint and cozy. Everything was up to date. The beds were the most comfortable my husband has ever slept in! The hot tub was a treat after our beach excursions. Great place to stay and we hope to bring the kids there soon.

The condo is great. Very clean and good view of the ocean. Lincoln City itself does not have as much to offer as we had hoped, but the beaches alone are worth it.

This property is wonderful. Will stay again. Super clean - top of the line everything. The only thing I would say to make the stay better would be the addition of nicer towels for the hot tub. There were not enough and they were too small and overused.

Spacious Condo with Gorgeous Views
If you’re looking for a cozy, spacious place to stay that has amazing views and easy beach access, you’ve found it! This fully equipped home is comfortable and yet big enough for entertaining. Our only qualm was how much the temperature throughout the condo varied, to be expected at the coast, however.

Great place. Nice unit. Sort of a corner unit, with the remainder of the complex to the north set back, so you have views both north and west. This brings me to the inexplicable decision to not provide any curtains on the windows. They have those see-through black mesh things that do nothing to block the setting sun, nor offer ANY kind of privacy when the interior is lit, at all. I mean none. For instance, it was possible for a pair of kids tossing a football on the lawn to our north, to literally peer right in to the unit, with no way to cover just those two windows and still enjoy the view out to sea. The kitchen is beautiful, but could be better equipped(Pots, pans, utensils). The garbage disposal didn't work at all and backed up the first time we tried to use it. These (besides the curtains) are nitpicks, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Location definitely gives you the off the beaten path feel, but you're right in the middle of lincoln city. Underground parking is nice in the winter. Overall, an extremely cozy, comfortable condo unit, with an amazing view.

Simple relaxation!
This place is absolutely awesome! Very clean, well maintained and cozy. View of the ocean is incredible and private jetted tub at the balcony is the huge benefit, simply soak in the hot water and enjoy the ocean breeze. We will definitely recommend this place and we can't wait to come back soon.

This is an outstanding rental. Clean and beautifully maintained, and the location and view could not be better! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was a really nice treat in the evening after we walked on the beach. Already planning a return trip after the holidays.

The condo was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The best part was the living/dining/kitchen area with the large windows onto the coast. The pictures represent it well, but don't do justice to the beauty of it. Management sent detailed check-in instructions a week before the stay.and they had a notebook on the counter in the kitchen with further instructions on maintenance, the hot tub, laundry, dishes, etc. All was clearly spelled out. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be on the coast, have a clean, upscale place to stay, a hot tub with a view, and also wants to be within walking distance of the main street. It was practically perfect.

Peace on the Coast
The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Loved that both bedrooms had a king size bed and own bathroom. The location was perfect. We walked outside the patio doors and the ocean was right there. We saw whales numerous times from the patio. Very convenient location with regards to walking to shops etc. I would definitely stay here again.
