Below is summary of the cancellation policy offered by Keystone Vacation Rentals. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness and weather, we highly recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance to assure the refund of monies paid due to the unforeseen. Please note reservations that are for seven or more nights during holiday/peak time periods will be subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. Reservations for stays thirty (30) nights or longer will be subject to either a 90-day or 120-day cancellation policy. Please contact a reservation specialist for more information. Standard Policy: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations falling on day 45 to day 31 before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total monies due, not withstanding whether the collection of all remaining monies due has been made pursuant to the Reservation Policy, less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after day 30 prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund. 4) A minimum of 50% of the amount due is required at the time of the reservation with the balance due within 30 days from the time of the arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date shall be required to pay the full amount at the time of the reservation. 5) Security Deposits No Longer Required! In lieu of a security deposit, a one-time Damage Waiver fee provides guests with coverage for accidental rental damage during their stay. 6) All promotions exclude holiday nights unless otherwise noted. Overall the place was great a turned out to be bigger than we thought based off the pictures. There was only one downside. There was a musty smell in the bedroom with the twin beds and seemed to be coming from the sheets/comforter of one of the twin beds. We also used the washing machine to do a load of laundry and the same smell was on our clothes after they were done. I think the washing machine could stand to be cleaned. Front loading washing machines tend to have this as common problem. Other than that the main place was great!!!

We loved our stay here. This is a great location within Lincoln City. Our view was awesome, the condo was very clean. The kitchen was perfect and the cooperative weather didn't hurt either. Highly recommended.

This property is perfect. Close to town, close proximately to beach access, everything within walking distance. The unit has everything needed, just pick up some groceries and you're set. Beautiful view and spacious accommodations. Easy parking. Safe and secure. We'll be staying again.

This condo is even better than we expected. It had everything we needed and more. While it is right on the beach, there is not direct beach accessbas you're essentially on a small cliff. Makes for wonderful views and beach access is close by.

This was a beautiful condo with a hot tub. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms came in clutch for our family of four this trip. The only negative is that the condo holds heat really well. It got too hot and we had to keep windows open at night to be able to sleep. A heat pump with AC would be an excellent addition to this condo.

The stay was better than expected. Our family of 4 loved the space of the cando, hot tub, view, and the pool. Even our tween boys were happy, ha! Will be booking again in the future.

Comfortable, clean, well maintained, easy parking, well furnished… basically everything we wanted for our trip. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are roomy and clean, kitchen appliances are newer and there’s an assortment of stuff like spices and mixing bowls. Lots of pillows and extra blankets. Fans for warm weather. Fantastic view. Saw whales and sea lions in the ocean. Hot tub was nice. Beach access is a block away. Even the gym is decent. Had a great time. Would stay here again.

Unit was exactly as shown online. Perfect for the 2 of us. Weather was not the greatest but sitting in front of the fire or in hot tub watching the ocean was great. Really liked the covered parking and elevator.

Perfection!
We had a hiccup at arrival, wrong door code on the check in paperwork, amongst other things, but it was all quickly remedied by the very friendly Property Manager. Our stay was wonderfully relaxing and everything in the place was just absolutely beautiful and just as listed. Looking for something negative? They were out of pepper. I picked some up at the store and payed it forward for the next guest.

The chairs on the deck were cheap plastic...kept looking at the neighbors in the next building with adirondack chairs...would have been nice and more comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked; even with spices for cooking. Probably the last thing we have to stay is publish the check out list before booking. We really felt that we were the cleaning crew...take out the garbage, make sure dishes are clean, start towels washing, etc. For roughly $300 per night (when all fees and taxes are taken into account), we might have been able to stay at a well-equipped hotel.

and quite comfortable for a great stay.. Sitting in the private hot tub and enjoying the beautiful view was a special way to spend a rainy Oregon afternoon. We had an absolute wonderful stay at this unit and highly recommend.

This is a very modern spacious clean condo the swimming pool activities room and weight room we're definitely used when it rained the balcony and the hot tub have a great view the fireplace was awesome and kicked out just the right amount of heat in the cool of the evening close to all of Lincoln city we will definitely be returning to this condo

Perfect for our family of four
Wonderful location. Pleasantly surprised at the feel of privacy considering we were in a condo. We enjoyed day trips to Yachats, Depoe Bay, seal caves, etc and then being able to relax on a beautiful sandy beach just a short 2 minute walk down the street. The kids loved going from the beach to the hot tub to the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
