The apartment and facilities were very modern and well maintained with the rooms being spacious and comfortable for an extended trip. The pool and barbecue were great to utilise on warm days and made lounging around the complex very comfortable. The virtual reservation desk was very helpful and accommodating as well.
The apartment cleaning by house keeping could have been a little more regular and more top ups of toilet paper and fresh towels would have been great.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean and comfortable, the pool was very nice, and we really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
A special apology to our neighbors for the occasional noise we may have caused — and thank you for your patience! 😊
It wasn’t clear where to dispose of the rubbish. We were told to find public rubbish bins somewhere outside, which was a bit inconvenient.
The air conditioning system was a little too sophisticated and depended on multiple window and door sensors, which made it somewhat difficult to use.

exceptional apartment, modern and spacious.
this apartment was 5KM away from where Booking.com and Google maps place the property. This property is in Souda and not Chania as reported. Souda is a port area which has very little amenities such as restaurants. the point on Google maps I explored and found it is a school which cannot have images so I sense something has been played around with to make this property appear to be in Chania when it is not.
