Below is summary of the cancellation policy offered by Keystone Vacation Rentals. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness and weather, we highly recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance to assure the refund of monies paid due to the unforeseen. Please note reservations that are for seven or more nights during holiday/peak time periods will be subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. Reservations for stays thirty (30) nights or longer will be subject to either a 90-day or 120-day cancellation policy. Please contact a reservation specialist for more information. Standard Policy: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations falling on day 45 to day 31 before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total monies due, not withstanding whether the collection of all remaining monies due has been made pursuant to the Reservation Policy, less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after day 30 prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund. 4) A minimum of 50% of the amount due is required at the time of the reservation with the balance due within 30 days from the time of the arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date shall be required to pay the full amount at the time of the reservation. 5) Security Deposits No Longer Required! In lieu of a security deposit, a one-time Damage Waiver fee provides guests with coverage for accidental rental damage during their stay. 6) All promotions exclude holiday nights unless otherwise noted. We had such a great time. This was our second time staying at the same condo complex but first time in this particular unit. It’s a short walk to the beach, clean, and has amazing views of the ocean. Can’t wait to go back.

Blissful!
This is likely my favorite place I've ever stayed! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and situated perfectly. It was appointed better than any typical rental unit with quality dishes/pots and pans/appliances and the bed was super comfy. The views of the ocean were stunning, and we had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The layout provided the best opportunities for ocean viewing and listening pleasure with both the living room and main bedroom facing the water. The private hot tub on the deck was total icing on the cake. It's an easy walk to a wonderful beach on which you can walk for miles. Other than our walks, we didn't need to leave the condo.

Our rental was very comfortable and well equipped. The layout design was well thought out, and appreciated by us. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the furniture was comfortable above our expectations for a condo rental on the ocean.

Fun weekend!
We checked in to a very clean condo. We were pleasantly surprised that the actual was even better than the pictures. The view is spectacular, the sounds, as relaxing as the hot tub. We decided to do the Super Bowl a little lowkey and relaxing this year and we do not regret our decision. There was plenty to do in the area and just a bit further down in Newport. We all had a blast. We will definitely plan a return trip.

This rental property was just as advertised. The condo was very nicely furnished, with everything provided in the condo that we needed. The location is beautiful and the rental and property management very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and would return for another visit.

Beautiful place to enjoy your ocean vacation
Oceanfront Vista was the perfect place for our family to enjoy an Oregon ocean vacation. We used this as our base station and set off on daily trips up and down the coast exploring the beauty there. Everything was perfect at the condo. Well equipped kitchen, nice tv's, clean and well appointed. And the ocean view was fabulous, especially from the top floor. We will be back for more. Thank you

Great time at Lincoln City
We love the Pacific Winds in Lincoln city. We've stayed there 4 different times and it was excellent each time. We go with another couple so it's great to have the 2 bedroom apartment style so we can enjoy time together yet have the privacy of your own bedroom. The location is wonderful for us. It's clean and very nice setup. I highly recommend it

We couldn't have been more pleased with our rental at Oceanfront Vista! The view is amazing- sunsets from the balcony hot tub were such a treat! The condo is comfortable and well-equipped. There was nothing that we needed that was not there. It's a great location- easy walk to the beach or shops in town. Lincoln City is a good location on the coast for access to towns both north and south and the Willamette Valley wine country. I highly recommend staying here, and we are already trying to plan a return!

This is the best Condo I have ever rented. Generally I will go no where else. The Decor is stunning and the whole building in general is very sound. Can't hear your neighbors and the Hot tub on the Balcony ROCKS. We stayed in unit 30 for this trip but have spent many a trips in some of the other units. All equally Beautiful and the Kitchen's so Gourmet and the Ocean views breathtaking. Unit 30's Master Bedroom has a gorgeous Ocean view and both Bedrooms have their own private Bathroom. Another plus, very easy access to the Beach and just about 2 blocks from main Hwy with all the Shops. I Recommend Rogue River Steak house at the Chinook Winds Casino just past the Buffet. The Filet is to die for and awesome views of the Ocean. Be forewarned however, the Casino is mostly smoking. I don't smoke and didn't have problem with it but others might.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and would highly recommend any couple choose Pacific Winds in Lincoln City to stay for the weekend. Very quiet and peaceful. The room was amazing. Very clean, the kitchen was well stock with all that you would need, the appliances and furniture all looked new and were in great condition. There were a ton of moves and games for you to choose from, free Wi-Fi and to top it off a hot tun out on the deck with a wonderful view of the ocean. It is centrally located in Lincoln City so anything you want to go do is not far away. My wife and I definitely plan to return the next chance we can get away without kids although it would be a great place to stay with the kids as well. More than enough room for the entire family to stay and have a great time.

This was the first time we stayed at a Keystone property and at Pacific Winds. We found the instructions for access very clear and accurate. The unit was clean and well kept. In addition to the normal amenities at a property like this we found a good selection of DVDs in the room for our viewing. There was even a luggage cart that was very useful to get all our bags to the room. This is a nice property and I would recommend it to friends.

Everything was as good or better than expected. The property management company was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to our questions and securing our reservations. The unit was much more than we had expected. It was nicely decorated with a beach charm, very comfortable and had everything that we needed for the week. The view was amazing and we could enjoy the beach just as much from our patio as we could from our long beach walks. We will definitely come back to this beach charmer again.

Two of the chairs were cracked and one actually broke when I sat down in it on the second day. They see a lot of weather so that kind of thing is to be expected.
